What is your role in the performance project?
My role was being a set designer. A set designer is person who designs the setting of the performance. I had the
same role as Rubina Begum. So we had to work together.
Make a list of your main responsibilities:
Our responsibility was to designer a set for the groups. We discussed that we should ask the groups what design
set do they want for there acts. We had to do a plan of what we should and also attend meetings so we could get
an idea what their act is like.
List the tasks you will be undertaking in the final stages of the preparation process and during the performance
itself. When does each of these tasks have to be completed?
We have to complete before our dress rehearsal so we could see how it would look like. However some groups
didn’t want any design for their performance.

How will you make sure that you are working safely in the final stages of the preparation process and during the
performance itself?
We were going to have set design for our performance however our whole creative and media class decided that
we don’t want background design for our performance. Never the less if we did carried on with our plan we would
prepared our self to have plenty of space so we won’t crush with each other.
