• Purpose
– Support decision-making in regards to how projects will be supported
and cultured by CREST.BD in terms of both KE and research
support/involvement.
• Provide recommendations regarding:
– How we define a CREST.BD research project
– How we foster collaboration
– How we address and act on new ideas for research projects
– How do we track and monitor the milestones/status of research
projects from the idea stage to project initiation
• To identify working groups for all identified research initiatives.
– Preparatory investigation on issues related to international data
collection, ethics
– BD survey
– Attention to prevention and early intervention with a focus on genetic
psychiatric counselling
– New ideas to be tabled
