Engage.CREST.BD If you’re getting support from a mental health clinic or other agency, you may have access to an Occupational or Recreational Therapist (OT or RT) An OT or RT can be a great support in working with you to identify leisure activities that can help in achieving and maintaining well-being Occupational and Recreational Therapists
