Baxter Success Story
In 2010, atage 19, Casey Goins was bit by a tick and diagnosed
with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. He continued to have
severehealth problems over the next two years, even while
under a doctor’s care.
On April 18, 2012, Casey was now 21. Whileat work at Baxter,
he saw a “Know Your Numbers”poster and decided to havehis
blood work done. Itwas free for employees.
On April 19, 2012, hereceived a call froma Baxter nurse. His
Thyroid level was 25 times the normallevel and he soon found
out this was causing ALL of his major health problems, including
MAJOR ORGAN FAILURE!
According to his doctor, “A simple THYROID TESTtwo years ago
would have alleviated all of his sickness, suffering, and
unnecessary medicaltests.”
Casey Goins now strongly encourages EVERYONEto participate
in “Know Your Numbers.”
Casey strongly believes this screening
“Saved His Life!!”
