that allows the user to save
time to quickly find and
change the words or
phrases using replace
1. Click on the Home Tab
2. In editing group, click Replace
3. In the Find What box, type the
replacement text.
4. In the Replace with box, type the
replacement text.
5. Click Find Next, and then replace
the highlighted text, click Replace
It let's the user add text anywhere in
a file. It gives focus to the text it
contains and is a good for
showcasing important text, headings
or quotes. Like other objects, text
boxes can be shaded, filled with color
and add borders.
