6. Introduction
As we know the Ready–Made Garments (RMG) sector
has emerged as the biggest earner of foreign currency in
Bangladesh so it has experienced an exponential growth
since the 1980s.It provides employment around 4.2
million Bangladeshis, mainly the women from low
income families.
Bangladesh has population of almost 164 million
people. But it is a great news for the country that ,RMG
sector of Bangladesh has raised as the biggest earner of
foreign currency.
7. Literature Review
• On April 5th 2009 the Trade Related Assistance Center (TRAC) at the American
Chamber of commerce on Ready made Garments, Yoon and Suh showed that
satisfied employees are more likely to work harder .
• Yoon and Suh Previous research has also suggested that loyal employees are
more ready to and more capable of delivering a higher level of service quality.

18. FINDINGS :
Operator and helper are not well trained up about fire safety activities.
Food quality is good but price is high from outside.
Child day care system is not so accomplished.
In the maximum factory air circulation system is not so good at sewing
section.
Transport system is not available in every factory especially for the
operator and helper.
Operator and helper are using unclean mask.
19. RECOMMENDATION:
Audit activity should be done in a year to justify the industries that
are they follow the ISO, WRAP OR BSTI standard properly.
They should trained up every worker about fire safety
Floor should be cleaned up by chemical cleaner
Air circulation system should be good at every
department.
Good transportation system should be developed.
Every organization should follow the standard rules strictly.

Above all the discussion we can understand that an easeful
environment can make the employee to motivate for good
working and then ultimately the position and profit of RMG sector
will uplift.
