I have spentthe last fifteen years coordinating MEP Systems. Throughoutthose
years I havebeen actively involved in the construction of eight high rise buildings,
over 50 Commercial and Academic projects, and at least 100 Data Centers. The
duties I performed, based on specific job needs included:
• Projectplan reviews, addressing allpages of all documents
• Coordinating and often conducting final inspections with AHJ for
Substantial Completion and Certificate of Occupancy.
• Assisting projectteams when MEP subcontractors werehaving scheduleor
quality problems.
• Becoming a code expert, familiar with all ICCand NFPA codes.
• Keeping up to date on all Life Safety systems including pre-action sprinklers,
VESDA and all fire alarm types. (Certified AspireDesigner)
• Conducting extensive training for all operations associates on MEP Systems.
• Assisting Pre-Con as well as Change Order, for both scope and budget.
• Commissioning of all MEP systems, electrical, HVAC, Life Safety, controls.
I have had involvementon hundreds of projects. Some of note:

assisting our projectteams with completion. There aremany dozens of others I

Before I became a General Contractor MEP Coordinator I was an Electrical
Superintendent for 12 years. A few of my projects were:
