Work from home Policy
1. Attendance & Leave
ď‚· Employee attendance will be track on the basis of daily Web punch in as well as idle timing
(Aux/Away) .
ď‚· Must login through Work from home monitoring software
ď‚· All work from home employees are eligible for one weekly off.
ď‚· One Casual Leave per month.
2. Retain Silence on Confidential Information
Employees who don’t respect our confidentiality policy will face disciplinary and, possibly, legal
action. We’ll investigate every breach of this policy. We’ll terminate any employee who willfully or
regularly breaches our confidentiality guidelines for personal profit. We may also have to punish any
unintentional breach of this policy depending on its frequency and seriousness. We’ll terminate
employees who repeatedly disregard this policy, even when they do so unintentionally. This policy is
binding even after separation of employment. After breaking-off your employment, or when called
upon by the management, an employee shall surrender all such confidential information/material
together with any other property that has been provided to him/her by the Company/Group and/or
its borrowers.
3. Company Facilities
No misuse of Group/Company facilities by employees is entertained. Care shall be exercised to
ensure that costs are reasonable and there is no wastage in the use of Company facilities.
Employees should be responsible and responsive towards the use and control over all assets and
resources employed or entrusted to them. The assets of the Company/Group shall not be misused;
all the assets shall be employed primarily and judiciously for the purpose of operating the business
for which they are duly authorized.
4. Professional and Personal Integrity
There shall be honesty and integrity among the employees of the Company, including the ethical
handling of actual or apparent conflict of interest between personal and professional relationships.
Out of the work premises, no employees are assumed to take any paper, computer software,
materials, document or any other property of the Company/Group.
5. Ethical conduct
Wherever region the employees are operate in, they have to exhibit culturally appropriate to that
region, and deal on behalf of the company/Group with professionalism, honesty and integrity, while
conforming to high moral and ethical standards. Third Parties may perceive such type of conduct as
fair and transparent.
The human rights of every individual and the community, and strive to honor commitments should
be preserved by every employees.
9. Concurrent employment
In accordance with applicable laws, an employee of the Company shall not accept any employment
or responsible position of any other company/entity/person, nor provide freelance services to
anyone, without the requisite, official written consent of the Company.
10. Reporting concerns
If any of the employee becomes aware of any actual or possible violation of the Code or an event of
misconduct, act of misdemeanor or act not in the Company’s/Group’s interest, he/she shall directly
report the management.
11. Commissions, Fees, Gifts and Hospitality
Any employee or family member of the employee will not receive any kind of fee, commission,
amount or any kind of favour from any actual or potential customer, supplier, vendor, competitor
and/or borrower of the Group/Company. Any gifts from persons/entity shall not be accepted by any
employee except any customary gifts given on religious or festive occasions. In a business
relationship, modest hospitality is an accepted courtesy. However by accepting such hospitality, the
recipient should never allow himself/herself to be in a position, where his/her decision making,
might appear to have been influenced.
12. Fair Dealings
With every customer, employees and vendors of the company, employee shall deal fairly. Through
manipulation, concealment, abuse of confidential or trade secret information, misrepresentation of
material facts, or any other unfair dealing/practice, no employee shall take any unfair advantage of
anyone.
13. General Conduct and Relationships
ď‚§ All employees shall make an endeavor to attend meetings/ trainings as are required of the person
for the benefit, growth and development of the Company at all times.
ď‚§ To ensure diligent performance, all employees shall dedicate sufficient time, energy and attention
to the Company and also be aware of and seek to fulfill his duties and responsibilities as set out.
ď‚§ No employees show any sort of disrespect to their superior officers or to the authority of the Board.
ď‚§ When dealing with other employees of the Company, all employees shall uphold their values of
trust, teamwork, mutuality and collaboration, objectivity, self-respect and human dignity.
14 IT-Code of Conduct
Every employee shall:
ď‚· Keep their designated Computer systems and related peripherals, neat and clean.
 Be alert and vigilant about the confidentiality of their Mail ID’s and Password.
ď‚· Not misuse the IP Phone facility, as it has been provided for office use only.
ď‚· Be cautious of unauthorized usage of personnel Pen drives or any other storage devises as they are
strictly prohibited.
ď‚· Not download, copy and/or extract the computer database, including but not limited to the
customer list, list of prospective customers, the disbursement policy of Company/Group, the
applicable PLB rates, as well as other confidential information pertaining to various customers and
other products, Source code, structure diagram/plan, software/ Applications from the computer
system/computer network etc., for any reason whatsoever.

ď‚· Train employees in online privacy and security measures
ď‚· Build secure networks to protect online data from cyberattacks

ď‚· Establish data protection practices (document shredding, secure locks, data encryption, frequent backups,
