Maipu Data Communication Corp. from 2003-2005 where he was a Protocol Group Leader and then Project Manager overseeing 20 subordinates. Their routers were compatible with Cisco, Huawei, and were widely deployed in banks and industries. He left for an opportunity from a friend in hardware and software development. As Project Manager, he led the construction of a Network Management System, designed the network integrating switches, transfers, data and access networks. He also developed TCP/IP routing protocol stacks under VxWorks, porting OSPF, RIP and policy routing. Additionally, he supported a softswitch platform project for Cisco, engaging in requirements, design, coding and go-live support working with Cisco and clients like China Unicom

Responsibilities:
Construction ofNMS in operating center 2005/01-2005/03
Leaded the project of NMS (Network Management System) construction;
Designed and integrated all parts of this NMS center, such as switch, transfer network, BITS,
data network, access network, power and environment monitoring;
Installed and maintained of hardware and software, ranging from HPUX, SCO Unixware,
Oracle, MapInfo to others.

Analyzed, designing and maintaining of route protocol stack for layer-3 switch-router under
VxWorks;
Ported OSPF, RIP, policy routing into our platform;
Rewrited the task (process) management, IPC (InterProcess Communication), persistence
data access and MIB network management mechanism for routing protocol stack;

Guided all the works of this project used to support Cisco soft-switch product;
Engagedthe key works in requirement analysis, system design, coding and running online;
