The responsibilities of this role include maintaining compliance for a fleet of 300 vehicles, including vehicle registrations, taxes, and asset transfers. Additional responsibilities are ensuring driver qualification (DQ) files are compliant for 150 drivers transporting hazardous materials and conducting audits every 90 days. This role also coordinates medical examinations, drug screening, and training to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. A current project is inputting asset information into a monitoring system to track vehicle maintenance, warranties, mileage, and fuel usage.

Responsibilities:
. Vehicle Complianee of a private fleet of 300 vehicles
o Maintaining Title and Registration Records of all owned vehicles.
o Retire vehicles when requested
o Heavy Usage Taxes/IFTA
o When vehicle transfers happen, coordinate with site to get asset
properly transferred in our systems.
o Licensing Registration and Heavy Usage Taxes Paid
o Maintaining Monthly mileage and hours for use on the MCS150
Report required to be filed biannually.
o Maintain Mileage for one Arkansas Driver
o Audit and monitor vehicle location monthly.
o DQ File compliance for 150 drivers at locations throughout the US
transporting and handling hazardous material.

o Assist in mock audits of facilities in regards to DOT Compliance.

Duties to include:
. DOT compliance - Log Books; keep current on vehicle registrations.
. Compliance auditing of DQ files every 90 days
o Driver training - only as far as notifying the managers and sending them
to the website and Safety CDs as they come in to me.
. Perform Driver Training when needed
Coordinate Medical examinations with CHR
. Pre-placement and periodic health examinations (both regulated and non-
regulated)

r Coordinate with site and send necessary forms to comply with DOT
standards for CDL holders and Non CDL holders.
