Job Description Developed by: Angela Fountaine-Key
Responsibilities:
. Vehicle Complianee of a private fleet of 300 vehicles
o Maintaining Title and Registration Records of all owned vehicles.
o Retire vehicles when requested
o Heavy Usage Taxes/IFTA
o When vehicle transfers happen, coordinate with site to get asset
properly transferred in our systems.
o Licensing Registration and Heavy Usage Taxes Paid
o Maintaining Monthly mileage and hours for use on the MCS150
Report required to be filed biannually.
o Maintain Mileage for one Arkansas Driver
o Audit and monitor vehicle location monthly.
o DQ File compliance for 150 drivers at locations throughout the US
transporting and handling hazardous material.
o lncludes securing new hire papenarork to complete new hire file
prior to first date of employment.
o DOT Drug File Compliance -Audit every 90 days
o Monitor ACE for annual items due, such as medical exams, annual review
of Motor Vehicle Reports
o Assist in mock audits of facilities in regards to DOT Compliance.
o Maintain documentation on Accident Reporting and lnvestigations -Performed by site managers.
o Follow-up on Multiple lncident Employees
Duties to include:
. DOT compliance - Log Books; keep current on vehicle registrations.
. Compliance auditing of DQ files every 90 days
o Driver training - only as far as notifying the managers and sending them
to the website and Safety CDs as they come in to me.
. Perform Driver Training when needed
Coordinate Medical examinations with CHR
. Pre-placement and periodic health examinations (both regulated and non-
regulated)
o DOT examinations
o lmmunizationscheduling
o Provide clearance to managers of current drivers on DOT Medical Card
recertification.
o Provide Clearance to HR regarding new hire DOT Medical Exams.
r MonitorACE and PULL reports or annual medicalexams.
. Provide feedback and documentation on immunizations to site managers
to keep on file for their employees.
Random Drug screenings
r Coordinate with site and send necessary forms to comply with DOT
standards for CDL holders and Non CDL holders.
o Monitor Results Reports thru ACE and maintiain in DQ files
o 10o/o Alcohol
o 50% Drug
COMPASS M5 Project
o Securing Asset lnformation from Sites to input in to compass for the
purpose of monitoring vehicle maintenan@, waranty, mileage, and fuel.
. Securing allVendor lnformation from Sites
. This is still a work in progress
Training
. Coordinate with Safety Team on required annual training for OSHA, EPA
and DOT
o Perform Driver Training as needed
. Coordinate with Training Facilities to gather required training for new
drivers.
