Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: Ensure all
assigned Driver Qualification files are accurate and
complete. Facilitate orientation for students and drivers
at designated terminal location.

• Process orientation
paperwork and ensure Driver
Qualification files are in
compliance with local, state,
and federal regulations as well
as with Company hiring criteria
and the process for
Establishing a Driver File before
the driver completes
orientation.
•Conduct brief interviews with
driver applicants in order to
gather additional information
required for the Driver file and
forward the file to Safety Audit
for review
•Disqualify applicants who do
not meet the drug screen and
hiring criteria; consult with
appropriate leadership
personnel on additional
disqualification concerns.
•Ensure all drivers meet
DOT/Swift requirements
regarding medical exams.
•Update the status of each
orientation attendeeand
submit a Driver New-Hire
Personnel Action Form (PAF).
•Able to pass drug test.
