3. To prepare for a
Wisdom Circle, all you
need to do is recall a
moment of truth that
happened to you
on the job – and be ready
to share it. You don’t need
to be a master story teller
and your story doesn’t
need to be earth
shattering – just something
that got your attention and
sparked an insight, aha, or
helped you experience
life in a new way.
