The WIS Primary Student Council is launching a charity drive to collect stationery for underprivileged schools in northern areas. Each year level is asked to donate a different item of stationery to help children who lack supplies to get more out of school. The drive takes place in February, which is known for showing caring natures in line with the IB Learner Profile. Parents and guardians are thanked in advance for their generosity.

1. WIS Primary Valentine’s Day Charity Drive
Dear Parents, Caregivers and Guardians, 10 February 2015
We, as the newly elected WIS Primary Student Council have decided to launch a charity drive to help
some of the less privileged schools up North with stationery. We feel that every child has the right to
go to school and we feel sorry for the children who don’t have anything to write with.
February is the month when we show our caring natures, true to the
IB Learner Profile.
We are therefore asking you to give generously.
Each year level is requested to donate a different item of stationery in order to help some of these
children get more out of school. (Please see information below)
