4. We are using Apple’s HomeKit framework with which users can utilize home
automation apps on their iOS devices to control and configure the connected
accessories in their homes, regardless of the manufacturer.
Typically, a home automation app needs to help users in the following tasks:

• Adding and removing accessories
• Defining Zones and Scenes
• Define triggers, action sets and service groups
