The Green Team was commissioned by Optika Solutions to create a 3D representation of discrete-event time series forecast output and results. They have completed initial documentation and are working on an innovative 3D visualization. An initial prototype was created to load Optika's dataset and visualize the data simply with Leap Motion gesture control, to demonstrate the feasibility of the project.

Abstract: The increased demand for transparent, explainable decision making, that is accurate, consistent and effective, has never been greater. Legislations like GDPR are just a result of increasing concerns about privacy, safety and transparency in general. While AI/ML solutions are great at making sense of high volumes of data, the reasoning process for most of the generated analytic models is usually quite opaque. Decision Management on the other hand, is a discipline that aims to provide full transparency on the decision process, but requires formalization of knowledge into decisions/rules, using some form of knowledge engineering (automated or not).
During this presentation, attendees will learn about a standards based, pragmatic approach to achieve the goals of eXplainable AI (XAI), combining decision models and analytic models. The approach promotes an effective method to increase transparency on automated decision making, without losing effectiveness.
In particular, presenters will demo how PMML (Predictive Modelling Markup Language), a well established standard for the representation of predictive models generated using Machine Learning can be transparently combined with DMN (Decision Model and Notation), a Decision Modeling standard that defines a high level language for decision automation. Blizzard the wizard
Blizzard the Wizzard is a top-down survival combat game where the player takes on the role of Blizzard, a gangster wizard trying to join the Gang of Wizards. To do so, Blizzard must pass an initiation test by surviving as long as possible on a remote island facing its deadly inhabitants while searching for scrolls and tomes to increase his magic powers. The player must manage resources and spells against an endless onslaught of creatures. If the player eventually fails, they find out if they succeeded in joining the Gang of Wizards. The game is being developed using OpenGL and SDL and will be released under the MIT license.

Image processing is a form of signal processing in which the input is an image, such as a photograph or video frame. The output of image processing may be either an image or, a set of characteristics or parameters related to the image. Most image-processing techniques involve treating the image as a two-dimensional signal and applying standard signal-processing techniques to it. This project aims at processing the real time images captured by a Webcam for motion detection and Color Recognition and system automation using MATLAB programming.
In color based image processing we work with colors instead of object. Color provides powerful information for object recognition. A simple and effective recognition scheme is to represent and match images on the basis of color histograms.
Tracking refers to detection of the path of the color once the color based processing is done the color becomes the object to be tracked this can be very helpful in security purposes.
Automation refers to an automated system is any system that does not require human intervention. In this project I’ve automated the mouse that work with our gesture and do the desired tasks.
