This document discusses the idea for a lifestyle portal mobile app called WINK that combines social mobility and commerce. It would offer features like daily deals, food delivery, events, loyalty points, news, reservations, banking promotions, e-wallet, donations, and more. A survey was conducted to test the viability of the business opportunity, with 74.6% of 150 people responding. The survey found 30% said the app was a good idea, most people access the internet on their mobile, and the data could help analyze the daily deals and food ordering features. Projections estimate 100,000 users in the first year with 500 daily deals and 1,000 food orders per month. The conclusion is the app has potential in Indonesia

The original idea is to combine people’s high mobility with
technology to be a lifestyle portal where you have all of package into one
application (Portal). We realize that the idea is not a new or fresh idea.
However, we believe that we will develop a strong value added strategy to

Our target market is Young Professionals, which is adults age 25
to 39 with a college degree. They are heavy consumers of news and
information. They are enthusiastic consumers for fashion, electronics,
dining out and social activities.

Survey is meant to test the viability of business opportunity.
We’ve manage to administered the survey by handout
questionnaires to our colleague and street intercept. From 150
participants asked to complete the survey, 112 participants
responded and submitted a completed survey.
Response Rate = 112 / 150 = 74.6%
Face to face interviews was held with selected potential
customers, start-up founders, entrepreneurs, IT (Gadget) freak,
company board of directors, shoppers etc

Conclusion
• WINK apps could have a chance to survive against all application especially
in Indonesia, due to this is a new innovation in Indonesia
• Some of potential customers like the idea of combining all features into one
application but some of it advice to be focus on one particular features
• Need to be fully support on promotion side to increase brand awareness
• There are some advice to penetrate the community market
