In 2008 the creative agency Lisa P. Maxwell wanted to relaunch its web site. They desired a site that
demonstrated an understanding of viral marketing without requiring excessive updating.

We recommended that the site reflect the company’s desire to remain transparent, so businesses
couldn’t help but feel comfortable working with them. We equipped every Lisa P. Maxwell employee
with a web cam to live-stream their activities during business hours. Our efforts have since led to over

blogs. On Twitter, the site generated more buzz in one instance (October 21st) than Barack Obama. The site’s popularity continued to
grow and was even featured on Canadian TV news.

In 2009, pet e-tailer Tails & Company sought to increase its relevance online without a
