The document discusses finding joy in trials through patience and wisdom from God. It notes that trials test and strengthen one's faith, and that one should ask God for wisdom in faith without doubting. While trials are certain, God remains good and sovereign over all circumstances. The document seeks to encourage facing trials as opportunities rather than victims through the wisdom and power God provides.

According to the teachings of different religions, our life on earth is only a primary testing period. We are not supposed to relax and enjoy ourselves during the test, we should not expect that the test questions are clearly known in advance, we should expect difficulties during the test, and we will be rewarded according to our faith, our obedience, our compassion, and our good deeds
If we review the teachings of Judaism like Exodus 20:20, Deuteronomy 8:2, Deuteronomy 13:3, we find that God tests people to know who obeys and who does not obey
Exodus 16:4 teaches I may test them, whether they will walk in My law or not
In Exodus 20:20, Moses taught that God tests you so that the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning
The same teaching is also found in Deuteronomy 13:3
God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul
In Deuteronomy 8:2-3, Moses taught that God tests people in order to know what is in their heart, whether or not they would keep his commands.
Deuteronomy 4:30 teaches that in tribulations, people would return to God and obey his voice
The same teachings are confirmed many times in the holy book
Job 23:10 teaches when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold
Job 5:7 teaches that we are here for testing
People are born for trouble as surely as sparks fly upward
Job 5:17 teaches blessed is the one whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of God
PSALM 11:4-5 teaches He watches everyone closely; examining every person on earth. God examines both the righteous and the wicked
Psalm 66:10 teaches For You, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined
PROVERBS 17:3 teaches The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, but God tests the hearts
ISAIAH 48:10 teaches I have refined you, but not as silver is refined.
Rather, I have refined you in the furnace of suffering
Jeremiah 17:10 teaches that God tests us and will reward everyone according to his works
Jesus taught that life is a test; he taught that we are in a temporary testing period and we are being prepared for a permanent life. He also taught that the rewards will be according to our obedience and our good works
Talking in parables, Jesus taught that God tests us by tribulation, temptation, trials, persecutions and promised rewards in heaven for those who pass those tests
Jesus has taught people to stand up for the truth even if persecuted by the bad multitudes who hate the truth. He taught that and also demonstrated it when he stood up for the truth against the bad chief priests who explained religion to their benefits
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven - Matthew 5:10
God has set the world stage for testing; every day we meet hungry and poor people; some will help and some will refuse to help; those would not be rewarded similarly
A267 fruit of the spirit human nature, holy spirit, patience, goodness joy, ...franktsao4
When we hear about the fruit of the Holy Spirit, we also rush to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. But do we need to know what the fruit of the Spirit is? How can it be brought out? And if we can bear the fruit of the Spirit, are we the Spirit ourselves? We will have a detailed discussion on this series of issues, hoping that everyone can know what the fruit of the Holy Spirit is, and how the Bible hopes that we can bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Finding Hope and Comfort During Grief and the Difficulties of Life.TheHillChurch
During this time of year so often the pain of loss hits a bit harder. Pastor Sam teaches out of 2 Corinthians and 1 Peter tying in the importance of knowing where true hope, comfort and community comes from.
Is eternal existence possible? Here are four reasons why it is not only possible, not only probable, but guaranteed:
1. God's love desires it - He loves us and wants to be with us forever!
2. The power of God can give it - He who created us has the power to give us eternal life!
3. The justice of God demands it - Both the saved and the lost will have eternal existence. The choice of where we spend eternity is ours to make.
4. The faithfulness of god will make it happen - God has not failed to make good on one promise! If He promised eternal life (and He did) then He will make it happen!

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
3. James 1 : 2 - 8
2 My brethren, count it all joy when
you fall into various trials,
3 knowing that the testing of your
faith produces patience.
4. James 1: 2 - 8
4 But let patience have its perfect
work, that you may be perfect and
complete, lacking nothing.

given to him.

the continual use of His divine
attributes, and He lived humbly
as we must live. He had to grow
as we grow, He had to learn as
we learn, He had to endure as
we endure.
10. Jesus never cheated. He lived
the perfect human life. God did
that. God became a man to
identify with us, to set an
example for us, and to empower
us to become like Him. And He
does that by the power of God
the Holy Spirit.
