Cardio Emily loves to do exercises that require at least 20
   minutes of constant exercise. These exercises get her
  heart pumping hard and her breathing harder, too. Her
   heart is very strong, because of doing these types of
    exercises. A strong heart lets her not have to worry
 about running to catch the bus when she is late, because
                    she can jog with ease.

Muscle Stan


Muscle Stan likes lifting weights and having strong
 muscles. He is able to lift a considerable amount of
weight for short periods of time. When he lifts heavy
weights, small tears are made in the muscle fiber and
 as they heal they make Muscle Stan even stronger.
Although, the tears and healing process can make the
 muscles quite sore, the soreness only lasts a couple
days. He is glad that he does not have to worry about
hurting himself when lifting things around the house.
Muscle Stan’s Achievements

  and gaining muscle.

• Can lift heavy objects without hurting himself.

Her heart is very strong, because of doing these types of exercises. A strong heart lets her not have to worry about running to catch the bus when she is late, because she can jog with ease.
