WHY WAS CHRIST CRUCIFIED BETWEEN
TWO ROBBERS?
For there is one God, and one mediator
between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
(1Ti_2:5)
For as by one man's disobedience many were made

PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD HAVE BEEN DYING
BUT THE DEATH OF CHRIST HAD A DIFFERENCE.
PEOPLE WOULD NOT HAVE COMPREHENDED OR
VISUALIZED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHRIST
AND THE OTHER HUMAN BEINGS BUT FOR THE
PROPHESY OF DAVID AS RECORDED IN Psalm
34:20 “He keepeth all his bones; not one of them is
broken.”

“But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his
side, and forthwith came there out blood and water."
So beloved brethren, you can see that JESUS THE
CHRIST WAS GOD, THE FATHER, AMONG MEN. HE
WAS ALSO CALLED THE SON OF MAN BECAUSE OF
THE BLOOD IN HIM. HE WAS ALSO CALLED THE SON
OF GOD DUE TO THE WATER IN HIM, AND FINALLY,
GOD WHICH THE SPIRIT SIGNIFIES. SO THAT WHEN
HE SAID THAT HE HAD SURRENDERED HIS SPIRIT,
THE FATHER DEPARTED AND HE THEN SLUMBERED.
AND WHEN THE SPEAR PASSED THROUGH HIS
BODY, THE WATER AND BLOOD WHICH CAME OUT
WASHED AWAY ALL OUR SINS AND INIQUITIES.
ONTO THIS DAY THAT BLOOD AND WATER ARE
STILL FLOWING AND WASHING US CLEAN AND
FREE. THIS IS WHERE OUR SALVATION COMES
FROM. IT WAS NOT THE MIRACLES OF HEALING THE
SICK, THE LAME, DEAF, BLIND OR RAISING THE
DEAD THAT REVEALED OR QUALIFIED HIM AS THE
CHRIST; OTHERWISE PETER, PAUL AND THE REST
OF THE APOSTLES WHO WERE ABLE TO PERFORM
SAME COULD EQUALLY HAVE CLAIMED HIS
POSITION.

THE THIEF ON THE RIGHT HAND SYMBOLIZES THAT
RIGHT FROM HIS ADVENT UNTIL ETERNITY, THERE
IS NO RIGHTEOUS PERSON, AND THERE WILL
NEVER BE. IT IS HIS BLOOD ALONE THAT SAVED
MANKIND THROUGHOUT ETERNITY. HE IS THE
FIRST AND THE LAST (REV 22:13). THIS INDEED IS
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CRUCIFIXION. IF IN A
THOUSAND YEARS TIME SOMEBODY COMES TO
TELL YOU THAT HE IS YOUR SAVIOUR, DO NOT
BELIEVE HIM. IT IS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
ALONE WHO IS OUR SAVIOUR. UNTIL ETERNITY HE
IS THE ONLY SAVIOUR. RIGHT FROM ADAM, IF
MOSES OR ANY OTHER PERSON IS MENTIONED AS
YOUR SAVIOUR, THAT IS ERRONEOUS. IT IS OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST ALONE WHO IS THE SAVIOUR
OF THE WHOLE WORLD; AND HE HAS NO DEPUTY.

SO WE, BEING MANY, ARE ONE BODY IN
CHRIST, AND EVERY ONE MEMBERS
ONE OF ANOTHER.
Rom 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto
me, to every man that is among you, not to think of
himself more highly than he ought to think; but to
think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every
man the measure of faith.
Rom 12:4 For as we have many members in one
body, and all members have not the same office:
Rom 12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ,
and every one members one of another.
THE DISCIPLES STRUGGLED AMONG THEMSELVES
WHO WOULD BE THE GREATEST AMONGST THEM.
BUT SINCE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST TOOK HIS
PHYSICAL EXISTENCE FROM THIS EARTH PLAIN,
WHICH OF THEM STEPPED INTO HIS SHOES? NO
PERSON TOOK OVER FROM HIM. EACH PERSON IS
OCCUPYING HIS OWN POSITION. THERE IS THE
DIVISION OF LABOUR AND NO PERSON
ENCROACHES ON THE POSITION OF OTHERS. THE
GOLDEN TEXT SHOULD NOW BE READ.

IT IS NOT EXPECTED THAT ANY ONE SHOULD
DECLARE HIMSELF TO BE JESUS OR CHRIST,
OR JEHOVAH OR GOD. DO WE NEED MANY
JESUSES?
HE IS THE MASTER, THE LORD OF LORDS AND
THE KING OF KINGS. HE IS IN HEAVEN, ON
EARTH AND IN US. HE DIED ONCE FOR THE
SAKE OF OUR SINS. FROM THENCE LIVES HE
A LIFE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.
AS MANY AS BELIEVE IN OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST AS THE SON OF GOD, THE SAME HAVE
RIGHT TO BE CALLED THE CHILDREN OF GOD.
ALL THOSE WHO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE
SPIRIT TESTIFY THAT OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST IS HERE. HE IS DOING THE WORK; HE
IS THE MASTER, THE LORD OF LORDS AND
THE KING OF KINGS. HE IS IN HEAVEN, ON
EARTH AND IN US. HE DIED ONCE FOR THE
SAKE OF OUR SINS. FROM THENCE LIVES HE
A LIFE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
FOREVER.
IT IS NOT EXPECTED THAT ANY OTHER
PERSON SHOULD DIE. IT IS NOT GIVEN THAT
THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN HIM SHOULD DIE.
THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN HIM MUST HAVE

ETERNAL LIFE. AND IT IS NOT EXPECTED
THAT ANY ONE SHOULD DECLARE HIMSELF
TO BE JESUS OR CHRIST, OR JEHOVAH OR
GOD. DO WE NEED MANY JESUSES? IS THE
ONE WE HAVE NOT SUFFICIENT? IT IS NOT
ALSO EXPECTED THAT ANYONE SHOULD GAZE
AT THE SKY. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM
THE SKY? THE SCRIPTURE SAYS, TRULY I
SAY UNTO YOU, HE WHO BELIEVES IN ME,
THE WORKS THAT I DO SHALL HE DO,
GREATER WORKS THAN THIS SHALL HE DO. IF
YOU BELIEVE IN HIM AND DO GREATER
WORKS, WHAT ELSE DO YOU EXPECT OF HIM
IN THE SKY?

But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was

came there out blood and water."
Though the soldier did not know the
significance of what he did, his action
revealed the man on the Cross as the Christ,
while the blood was the son of man and the
spirit was the Father.
GOD WHICH THE SPIRIT SIGNIFIES. SO THAT WHEN
HE SAID THAT HE HAD SURRENDERED HIS SPIRIT,
THE FATHER DEPARTED AND HE THEN SLUMBERED.
AND WHEN THE SPEAR PASSED THROUGH HIS
BODY, THE WATER AND BLOOD WHICH CAME OUT
WASHED AWAY ALL OUR SINS AND INIQUITIES.

POSITION.
Read LUKE 2:34-35 for confirmation:
"Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again
of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be
spoken against; (Yea, a sword shall pierce thy own
soul also) that the thoughts of many shall be
revealed."
Healing the sick or raising the dead are not what
revealed Christ as God; for even from the time of
Moses, those miracles were taking place. From the
olden days, visions and prophesies existed and these
are not the things that reveal God to man. However,
the things that reveal God to man are clearly
highlighted in this sermon.

34:20
"He keepeth all his bones; not one of them is
broken."
This was fulfilled accordingly. The second point
which identified Jesus as the Christ was His
significant crucifixion between two robbers. AND
WHY WAS CHRIST CRUCIFIED BETWEEN TWO
ROBBERS? Let it be known that, the spirit in Him
kept the two robbers alive until when He made the
pronouncement: "Father, into thy hands I commend
my spirit." If Christ had not surrendered His spirit
into the Father's hand, he would not have died. THIS
EXPLAINS THE FACT THAT THE SPIRIT IS LIFE, AND
AS LONG AS IT REMAINS IN MAN, HE CANNOT DIE.
If Christ had not died at the time He was supposed to
die, His bones could have been broken, according to
the culture of the time. And so, when the Jews went
to inspect them on the Cross, they found out that He
had died; hence His bones were not broken, in
fulfillment of the prophesy of David as cited above.
However, the legs of the other two robbers were
broken since they were not dead at the time of
inspection. To test whether He was the Christ, the
Jews pierced His side and instantly, water and blood

gushed out through the hole made by the spear.
(John 19:32-34)
“Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the
came there out blood and water.”
EVERYTHING HAPPENED ACCORDING TO THE WILL
OF GOD. THIS IS A PROOF THAT GOD IS THE CAUSE
AND EFFECT OF ALL THINGS.
All those who died from the time of ADAM were
under the imprisonment of death. None of them was
able to ascend unto heaven. This is because they
were under the yoke of evil and hades. As such,
when Christ cried out on the cross, the curtains of
the temple tore, the graves of the saints were
opened and they emerged from the graves. SEE
MATTHEW 27:50-53 FOR CONFIRMATION. “Jesus,
when he had cried again with a loud voice yielded up
the ghost. And behold, the veil of the temple was
rent in twain from the top to the bottom and the
earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves
were opened, and many bodies of the saints which
slept arose, And came out of the graves after his

resurrection, and went into the holy city and
appeared unto many.”
IT WAS CHRIST'S ASSIGNMENT TO SUBDUE DEATH
AND COLLECT ITS KEY. HAVING OVERCOME THE
POWER OF DEATH AND HADES AND COLLECTED ITS
KEYS, DEATH DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.
NOTHING IMPRISONS AGAIN ( HEBREWS 2:14-15).
THIS IS WHY THE POPULATION OF THE WORLD
INCREASES BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS. NOW OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST IS THE KING AND LORD OVER
ALL PLANES OF MANIFEST, INCLUDING HEAVEN
AND EARTH. HE RULES OVER ALL THINGS CREATED
BY GOD. AND WHEN PERFECTION WILL BE THE
ORDER OF THE DAY, THERE WILL BE NO MORE
DEATH.
I WANT TO TELL YOU WHY CHRIST WAS
CRUCIFIED BETWEEN TWO THIEVES.
between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
THE TWO THIEVES ON THE CROSS:

CHRIST IS THE MEDIATOR OF THE NEW COVENANT
I want to tell you why He was crucified between two
thieves, one on His left and the other on his right
hand side (Luke 23:33). Even the professors of
religion do not know the meaning of the two thieves
being crucified on either side.
The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit constitute
the Triune God. Love hope and faith constitute one
God. The three persons on the cross meant one
person in effect. Thursday is a great day. Friday and
Saturday are also great days. These three days were
meant for three important celebrations of the Jews.
He was crucified in the middle of the two thieves
because He is the mediator of the New Covenant.
The thief on His left signifies that from the time of
Adam until the advent of the Christ there was no
single righteous man. The Bible has truly stated
there is none righteous, no, not one (Rom 3:10). And
so the thief on the left signified that from Adam until
He came, there was no righteous person. All of them
were thieves(JOHN 10:8). And so it is His blood that

saved and justified all those who lived from the time
of Adam until His advent.
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE SAVIOUR OF THE
WORLD
God has always done His thing in a marvelous way.
That is why when you see something that is not
clean, you attribute it to Satan. Whatever has a fault

is Satan. That is why we use this opportunity to tell
you that there is no other Savior apart from Him. Our
Lord Jesus Christ is the Savior of the whole world.
He is the Beginning and the End; the First and the
Last. That is why He alone has the right to judge the
just and the unjust. He alone loves man. Whether you
are a thief or a liar, Our Lord Jesus Christ loves you
because He alone has mercy.
That is why the Father says, after those days I will
put my laws into their minds and will write them in
their hearts. A neighbor shall not teach his neighbor
and a brother shall not teach his brother, saying,
know the Lord. For they shall all know me from the
least to the greatest. Because I will be merciful to
their unrighteousness and their sins and iniquities I
will remember no more. (Heb. 8:11-12). Right from
the sin of Adam until eternity, God does not
remember our sins again. This has been
accomplished by the death of Our Lord Jesus Christ
on the cross between the two thieves.
This lesson is given to you so that you may know
that He is your Saviour. It is not your father or
mother or brother or Abraham who has saved you.
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the only Saviour of the

world. He is the Son of man, the Son of God and God
Himself. The second lesson will now be read.
Second Bible Lesson: Matthew 12:40
“For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the
belly of the whale, so shall the Son of man be three
days and three nights in the heart of the earth.”
Have you heard that? Since the Jews seek for signs
and the Greeks for wisdom, that is the sign that He
showed to them. That as Jonah was three days and
three nights in the whale’s belly, so shall the Son of
man be three days and three nights in the heart of
the earth. Is it not clear to you from this what is
meant by the Trinity God?
The Godheads
Thursday represented one God-head, Friday
represented another God-head and Saturday another;
and so we have tri-personal God. That is why we
baptize in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit. That is why also everything is
shared here equally. That explains why baptism in
Brotherhood is quite different from baptism in any
other place in the world. During the first immersion,
it is said, “I baptize you in the name of the Father,

and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” You repeat
the same words during the second and the third
immersions. These make up three which is one in
effect. Feel the pulses in your body during
celebrations such as this. All the sicknesses you
came with, court cases, sins, poverty and your lack,
including the old body you came with, all are taken
away by these observances which you honor. That is
what has deluded the whole world, and they keep
asking the type of Bible you have. What actually is
being done in Brotherhood? They do not know that
these observances we celebrate are very significant.
The various commemorative celebrations and
observances constitute the power in Brotherhood.
These constitute the Holy Spirit, love and peace
which you find in the Kingdom. His blood is flooding
in the whole world now, taking away deaths and
tribulations and afflictions.

There were two thieves, one on either side of Our
Lord Jesus Christ. Argue then that there was any
righteous man from Adam until His advent. But you
argue that you have no sin. From Adam until eternity

the world is full of thieves. He alone is the righteous
one. He has redeemed us with His blood. What do
you lose to admit that you are a sinner? Our Lord
Jesus Christ takes away your sins and makes you
clean the moment you admit that you are a sinner
and that He died for you. Mention any righteous man
on earth. We are all thieves as evidenced by the two
thieves on His either side. We are saved by grace for
His sake. He is the only Mediator. If you involve Him
in anything it will work well but when you exclude
him, there is no success. He alone has come to
mediate for the whole world because He is the only
righteous one. He intercedes for all the creations of
God. Let our Golden text be read.

CHRIST WAS CRUCIFIED ON THURSDAY, NOT FRIDAY

WHY WAS CHRIST CRUCIFIED BETWEEN
TWO ROBBERS?
REVEALING THE CHRIST:
This sermon is a mystery to the entire universe. It
discusses nothing else but the Almighty God who is
even in our midst today. HE IS THE VERY BEING
THAT CAME DIED FOR THE SALVATION OF
THE ENTIRE WORLD. There are things that reveal
the presence and personality of God whenever He
manifests on earth. These things however, should
not have been revealed to “babes” like you and in
fact, at this time, but to the wise and high-ranking
people of the world. Nevertheless, it has pleased the
Holy Spirit to unveil this wisdom to you today. In
fact, the whole situation is in accordance with the
statement made by Jesus the Christ as recorded in
Luke 10:21
“I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth,
that thou hast hid these things from the wise and
prudent, and has revealed them unto babes: even so,
Father, for so it seemed good in thy sight.”
Jesus the Christ was a mystery child. Prophet
Simeon noticed this when he was about to anoint the
infant Jesus and intimated the carnal parents- Mary
and Joseph about this.

Read LUKE 2:34-35 for confirmation:
“Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again
of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be
spoken against; (Yea, a sword shall pierce thy own
soul also) that the thoughts of many shall be
revealed.”
Healing the sick or raising the dead are not what
revealed Christ as God; for even from the time of
Moses, those miracles were taking place. From the
olden days, visions and prophesies existed and these
are not the things that reveal God to man. However,
the things that reveal God to man are clearly
highlighted in this sermon.
People all over the world have been dying but the
death of Christ had a difference. People would not
have comprehended or visualized the difference
between Christ and the other human beings but for
the prophesy of David as recorded in Psalm 34:20
“He keepeth all his bones; not one of them is
broken.”
This was fulfilled accordingly. The second point
which identified Jesus as the Christ was His
significant crucifixion between two robbers. AND
WHY WAS CHRIST CRUCIFIED BETWEEN TWO
ROBBERS? Let it be known that, the spirit in Him

kept the two robbers alive until when He made the
pronouncement: “Father, into thy hands I commend
my spirit.” If Christ had not surrendered His spirit
into the Father’s hand, he would not have died. THIS
EXPLAINS THE FACT THAT THE SPIRIT IS LIFE, AND
AS LONG AS IT REMAINS IN MAN, HE CANNOT DIE.
If Christ had not died at the time He was supposed to
die, His bones could have been broken, according to
the culture of the time. And so, when the Jews went
to inspect them on the Cross, they found out that He
had died; hence His bones were not broken, in
fulfillment of the prophesy of David as cited above.
However, the legs of the other two robbers were
broken since they were not dead at the time of
inspection. To test whether He was the Christ, the
Jews pierced His side and instantly, water and blood
gushed out through the hole made by the spear.
(John 19:32-34)
“Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the
came there out blood and water.”
Though the soldier did not know the
significance of what he did, his action

revealed the man on the Cross as the Christ,
while the blood was the son of man and the
spirit was the Father.
CHRIST WAS GOD, THE FATHER, AMONG MEN. HE WAS
ALSO CALLED THE SON OF MAN BECAUSE OF THE BLOOD
IN HIM. HE WAS ALSO CALLED THE SON OF GOD DUE TO
THE WATER IN HIM, AND FINALLY, GOD WHICH THE SPIRIT
SIGNIFIES. SO THAT WHEN HE SAID THAT HE HAD
SURRENDERED HIS SPIRIT, THE FATHER DEPARTED
AND HE THEN SLUMBERED. AND WHEN THE SPEAR
PASSED THROUGH HIS BODY, THE WATER AND
BLOOD WHICH CAME OUT WASHED AWAY ALL OUR
SINS AND INIQUITIES.
POSITION.

Let me reiterate this question. Why was Christ
crucified in the middle of two robbers? Recall that
one of the robbers was placed on His left while the
other was on His right hand side. What is the
meaning of his arrangement? It is said that only the
king knows the secret of his kingdom. At JOHN
10:8, Our Lord Jesus Christ said: “All that ever came
before me were thieves and robbers and the sheep
did not hear them.”
The arrangement of the robbers with Christ is a
MYSTERY which no man had ever revealed and it has
pleased the Holy Spirit to reveal it today: FROM
THE FIRST CREATION OF ADAM TO OUR LORD
JESUS CHRIST, ALL HAD ERRED AND
COMMITTED INIQUITIES. AND TO REVEAL
THAT THERE WAS NO RIGHTEOUS MAN ON
EARTH, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS
PLACED IN THE MIDDLE OF THESE SINNERS.
THE FIRST ROBBER ON HIS LEFT CONNOTES
THE PERIOD FROM ADAM TO CHRIST. THEN
FROM CHRIST IN THE CENTER TO THE OTHER
ROBBER ON THE RIGHT REPRESENTS THE
PERIOD OF THE ADVENT OF CHRIST TO
ETERNITY. THIS INVARIABLY MEANS THAT
FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD TO
ETERNITY, THERE IS NO JUST MAN OR
PERFECT MAN. (Romans 3:10-11).

THEREFORE, CHRIST BEING PLACED IN THE
MIDDLE OF THESE TWO PERIODS SIGNIFIES
THAT HE IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF
SALVATION AND MEDIATOR FOR ALL
GENERATIONS. Read the first Lesson below.
FIRST BIBLE LESSON: JOHN 12:24
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn
of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it
abides alone: but if it dies, it bringeth forth
much fruit.”

THE CHILDREN OF GOD DO NOT DIE:
A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING THAT
MEMBERS OF BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND
STAR ARE DYING. WHO INTIMATED THEM WITH
THIS WRONG NOTION? BROTHERHOOD MEMBERS
DO NOT DIE BUT ARE ON SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT- TO
BRING MORE CHILDREN OF GOD. THIS IS FOR THE
FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW AND THE PROPHETS.
YOU CAN SEE THE RAPID WAY IN WHICH THE
CHILDREN OF GOD ARE MULTIPLYING THESE DAYS.
There are many children of God who were slain for
the services of God. These are the people that are
sent back to the world to continue with their
services. Recall what is written in the scripture:
(Revelation 6:9-11)
“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under
the altar the souls of them that were slain for the
word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O
Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge
our blood on them that dwell on earth? And white
robes were given unto every one of them and it was
said unto them, that they should rest yet a little
season, until their fellow servants also and their

brethren that should be killed as they were, should
be fulfilled.”
People who kill, maim and torture the children of God
do not know the implications of their actions. They
do not know that they are only helping to get the will
of God fulfilled in their midst. Caiaphas had once
said that it was better for one person to die than for
the entire nation to perish. (JOHN 11:50). Little did
Caiaphas know that Christ’s departure would bring
more children of God to the world. EVERYTHING
HAPPENED ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD. THIS
IS A PROOF THAT GOD IS THE CAUSE AND EFFECT
OF ALL THINGS.
All those who died from the time of ADAM were
under the imprisonment of death. None of them was
able to ascend unto heaven. This is because they
were under the yoke of evil and hades. As such,
when Christ cried out on the cross, the curtains of
the temple tore, the graves of the saints were
opened and they emerged from the graves. SEE
MATTHEW 27:50-53 FOR CONFIRMATION.
“Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice
yielded up the ghost. And behold, the veil of the
temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom
and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the
graves were opened, and many bodies of the saints

which slept arose, And came out of the graves after
his resurrection, and went into the holy city and
appeared unto many.”
IT WAS CHRIST'S ASSIGNMENT TO SUBDUE DEATH
AND COLLECT ITS KEY. HAVING OVERCOME THE
POWER OF DEATH AND HADES AND COLLECTED ITS
KEYS, DEATH DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.
NOTHING IMPRISONS AGAIN ( HEBREWS 2:14-15).
This is why the population of the world increases by
leaps and bounds. NOW OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS
THE KING AND LORD OVER ALL PLANES OF
MANIFEST, INCLUDING HEAVEN AND EARTH. HE
RULES OVER ALL THINGS CREATED BY GOD. AND
WHEN PERFECTION WILL BE THE ORDER OF THE
DAY, THERE WILL BE NO MORE DEATH.
God has descended on earth and His children have
filled the entire world. They are in every nook and
corner of the world. Hitherto, when there were no
children of God, there too was no Holy Spirit on
earth. But today, the Holy Spirit has descended to
live with His beloved children. This explains why
Jesus the Christ said: “It is expedient for you that I
go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not
come unto you: but if I depart, I will send him unto
you.” (JOHN 16:7).

Christ’s death therefore was to fulfill the above
excerpt. OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS FOND OF
REFERRING TO GOD AS THE FATHER. And it was
during one of these times that Philip demanded to
know Who the Father really was; he said:
“Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast
thou not known me, Philip? He that hath seen me
hath seen the Father, and how sayest thou, show us
the Father.” (JOHN 14:9).
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THE FATHER WHICH
CHRIST HAS BEEN REFERRING TO IS THE
HOLY SPIRIT. THIS SPIRIT IS THE DOER OF
ALL THINGS FROM CREATION. THAT SPIRIT IS
LIFE AND THAT WAS WHY IMMEDIATELY
CHRIST SURRENDERED THE SPIRIT, THE
MORTAL BODY SLUMPED. If you seek the Father
carefully, you will not see Him. That was why the
Jews regarded Him (Our Lord Jesus Christ) as an
insane person when He said He was in the Father
and the Father in Him. FROM THE CREATION OF
MAN, HAS ANY HUMAN BEING PERFORMED THE
TYPE OF JOB DONE BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST?
HE WAS NOT THE ONE DOING THE WORKS PER SE
BUT THE FATHER, EVEN THE HOLY SPIRIT. HE EVEN
MADE IT CLEAR THAT HIS WORDS AND WORKS ARE
DIRECTLY FROM THE FATHER AS HE SAID:

“Believest thou not that I am in the Father and the
Father in me? The words that I speak unto you, I
speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in
me, he doeth the works.” (JOHN 14:10).
Even on the Cross, Christ called on the Father and
surrendered His spirit onto Him before He could die.
WHAT WAS CRUCIFIED ON THE CROSS WAS
THEREFORE NOT CHRIST BUT THE SINS AND
INIQUITIES OF THE WORLD. The time He said He
had surrendered His Spirit to the Father was when
the Spirit departed from Him.
JESUS CHRIST WAS GOD THE FATHER:
Our Lord Jesus Christ throughout His ministration
had been attributing all the works He did to the
Father. Before then, people had been attributing the
successes and failures of the world to ghosts,
mermaid, beelzebub, charms, among others. Nobody
knew that God was responsible for everything. But
when the Jews noticed the miracles wrought by
Christ, they started calling Him king of the
Beelzebub. They even laughed Him to scorn, calling
Him the son of Mary and Joseph. THEY NEVER
BELIEVED THAT HE WAS THE SON OF MAN, SON OF
GOD AND GOD HIMSELF.
THERE ARE NO THREE GODS BUT ONE GOD, THE
TRIUNE GOD. THE SPIRIT, THE WATER, AND THE

BLOOD FORM THIS TRIUNE GOD. NO ONE KNOWS
WHERE THE WATER AND BLOOD COMES FROM OR
WHERE THEY GET DRIED TO. YOU SEE THAT GOD
CAN COME BY ANY NAME AND FORM. WHEN HE
CAME AS THE SON OF MAN, SON OF GOD AND GOD
HIMSELF, THEY TREATED HIM DISDAINFULLY, AND
FINALLY KILLED HIM. HOWEVER OUR LORD
JESUS CHRIST WAS GOD AS WELL AS THE
SON OF GOD.
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS ALSO THE SPIRIT,
WHILE THE FLESH WAS THE HOUSE AND SO, WHEN
THE SPIRIT LEFT THE HOUSE, IT COLLAPSED
(SLUMPED). THIS HOUSE (FLESH) WAS PLACED
IN THE TOMB BUT WHEN THE SPIRIT
COMPLETED ITS SPIRITUAL ASSIGNMENT,
AFTER THREE DAYS AND NIGHTS, IT WENT
BACK TO THE HOUSE. AS SUCH CHRIST,
RESURRECTED WITH HIS FULL BODY. The
spirit is the owner of the house (physical
body) and so, what is referred to as
resurrection is just the revitalization of
the house by the spirit. THIS IS THE
MYSTERY OF THE MOST HIGH GOD.
IT IS THE SPIRIT WHICH IS GOD AND IT DOES
ALL THE WORK THOUGH YOU MAY NOT SEE

HIM. The churches, religious bodies, occult
and mystical organizations are trying their best
yet, they have not got this Spirit which is God.
Even the physical and esoteric scientist are
trying but they have not got it. SINCE THEY
CANNOT POSSESS THIS SPIRIT, IT MEANS
THEY HAVE NOT GOT GOD AND THEREFORE,
THEY CANNOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF
GOD. That was why Christ said: “Verily, verily, I
say unto thee, except a man be born of water
and of the spirit he cannot enter into the
kingdom of God.” (JOHN 3:5). As God, Christ
knew that if He does not leave the house in
time the people would break his legs. So He
gave up the ghost accordingly. He did not want
to behave like Jacob who wrestled with an
angel and got this bone fractured.
“And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled
a man with him until the breaking of the day.
And when He saw that he prevailed not against
him, he touched the hollow of his and the
hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint.”
(GENESIS 32:24-25).

Now, if He had not given up the ghost, He
would have remained alive until the soldiers
came, in which case, they would have broken
His legs. This however would have been
contrary to the words of God which states
that: “He keepeth all his bones: not one of
them is broken.” (PSALM 34:20). In that case
He would not have been the Christ.
HOW THEN CAN WE RECOGNIZE GOD?
The spirit is life. Once the spirit leaves the
body, one is bound to die. Though the water
and blood could be shed from the body, if the
spirit is still intact, then one can still live until
the spirit finally departs. Let it be known that
as long as the spirit indwells the body, the loss
of water and blood from the body cannot cause
death. They will later return. THIS SO
BECAUSE THE SPIRIT IS THE FATHER WHILE
THE WATER AND BLOOD REPRESENTS THE
SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT, RESPECTIVELY.
THESE CONSTITUTE THE TRIUNE GOD.

The whites are very strong minded fellows and
they can research daring situations about man
and nature. This is why they use the nature of
man in most of their inventions. The car they
have invented works with water, engine oil and
fuel. Whenever any of these three is lacking,
the car stops moving or develops serious
problems.
Even the way people are treated in the hospital
confirms the nature. When you are sick the
doctor may recommend that water or blood be
transfused into your body, if either of them is
lacking. The doctors know of water and blood
but they do not know about the spirit which is
the Father. For this reason, Christ said that if
one is not born of water and spirit, he cannot
have eternal life. See the second lesson below:
SECOND BIBLE LESSON: LUKE 23:46
“And when Jesus had cried with a loud
voice, he said, Father into thy hands I
commend my spirit: and having said
thus, he gave up the ghost.”
THE SPIRIT IDENTIFIES ONE AS GOD:

WHO IS GOD AND WHO IS THE SON? GOD IS
SPIRIT AND THE SON IS THAT SPIRIT AS
WELL. IN THEIR IGNORANCE, THE JEWS
THREW STONES AT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
WHEN HE SAID, “I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE.”
THIS EXPLAINS THAT THOUGH JESUS CAME
AS THE CHRIST, HE WAS ALSO THE FATHER,
FOR THE SPIRIT IS ONE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE
THIS SPIRIT IT MEANS YOU HAVE NO GOD.
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST ACCOMPLISHED HIS
ASSIGNMENT BECAUSE HE HAD THIS SPIRIT
IN HIM. WITHOUT THIS SPIRIT HE WOULD NOT
HAVE DONE HIS WORK SUCCESSFULLY.
UNFORTUNATELY, THIS SPIRIT IS NOT MEANT
FOR ALL THE PEOPLE TO POSSESS. IT IS
ONLY FOR THE CHILDREN OF GOD. THIS IS
WHY THEY ACCOMPLISH THEIR ASSIGNMENT
SUCCESSFULLY. THE WORLDLY PEOPLE
CANNOT ACCOMPLISH THE WORK OF GOD.
The spirit possessed by the worldly
people is the Adamic spirit. This is the
spirit of disobedience. The possession of
this spirit is the cause of the whole
problem facing humanity today.

The worldly people are insisting that the power
in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is not
from God. BUT THEY HAVE FAILED TO
REALIZE THAT GOD IS THE ONLY POWER
THAT RULES ALL BEINGS. THEY DO NOT
KNOW THAT WHEN GOD COMES TO DWELL
WITH MAN, HE BECOMES A MAN BUT HE IS
HIDDEN FROM THE ORDINARY EYES. THE
ONLY WAY OF IDENTIFYING GOD IS BY THE
SPIRIT. Even when Andrew told his brother
Simon Peter that they have found the Messiah,
even the Christ, it was the spirit that revealed
him.
“One of the two which heard John speak and
followed him was Andrew, Simon Peter’s
brother. He first findeth his own brother Simon
and saith unto him, we have found the
Messiah, which is being interpreted, the
Christ.” (JOHN 1:40-41).
It is written that: “AND THERE ARE THREE
THAT BEAR WITNESS IN THE EARTH, THE
SPIRIT, THE WATER AND THE BLOOD: AND
THESE THREE AGREE IN ONE.” (1 JOHN 5:8).

In heaven there are three that also unite to
become one: “FOR THERE ARE THREE THAT
BEAR RECORD IN HEAVEN, THE FATHER, THE
WORD AND THE HOLY GHOST: AND THESE
THREE ARE ONE. AND THERE ARE THREE
THAT BEAR WITNESS ON EARTH, THE SPIRIT,
THE WATER AND THE BLOOD: AND THESE
THREE AGREE IN ONE.” (1 JOHN 5:7-8).
WHOEVER HAS THESE QUALITIES IS TRULY
GOD. DO NOT BOTHER TO VISIT MECCA,
JERUSALEM, AMERICA OR ANY OTHER PLANE
OR CONTINENT IN SEARCH OF GOD; FOR IF
THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS NOT IN YOU, YOU
CANNOT DO ANYTHING. HE IS THE ONLY ONE
WHO CAN USE YOU TO FULFILL ANY
ASSIGNMENT.
Everything that happened to Our Lord Jesus
Christ was a fulfillment of all the prophesies
about Him. Even as Simon prophesied that a
sword shall pierce through Him, it happened
accordingly.
It was said that water and blood shall gush out
of his side. It also came to pass. The

fulfillment of these prophesies proved Him as
Christ. It should be noted that if the water and
blood did not pass out of His side, our
iniquities could not have been washed away.
THE DEATH OF CHRIST HAS THEREFORE
LEFT A FOUNTAIN OF WATER WHEREBY
WE ALL BATHE FOR THE REMISSION OF
OUR SINS. IT MAY BE INTERESTING TO
NOTE THAT IT WAS ALSO FOR THIS
REASON THAT JOHN THE BAPTIST WAS
ASKED TO BAPTIZE WITH WATER.
THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER STRESSED:
Henceforth, do not have the erroneous
belief that baptism shall cease to be.
BAPTISM BY IMMERSION SHALL REMAIN
FOREVER. It is a source of salvation for
humanity. If your sins and iniquities are not
washed away, then you will die with your sins
intact. Through faith and baptism, your sins
are forgiven and having been washed with the
blood of Christ, the Holy Spirit which is life
comes into you.

Water and blood and spirit are one. When you
are dipped in water by way of baptism, it
means you are buried with Christ and
when you emerge, you are emerging with
life.
NO MATTER WHAT YOU MAY DO, IF YOU ARE
NOT BORN OF WATER, BLOOD AND SPIRIT,
YOU HAVE NO SALVATION. OR SIMPLY PUT,
THERE IS NO OTHER WAY ONE CAN BE
SAVED EXCEPT HE IS BORN OF WATER,
BLOOD AND SPIRIT. A LOT OF PEOPLE DO
NOT TAKE THIS BAPTISM SERIOUSLY. THEY
DO NOT EVEN REGARD THE CONFESSION OF
SINS AS ANYTHING IMPORTANT IN LIFE. THE
CHURCHES DO NOT STRESS THIS EXERCISE
AS A VERY IMPORTANT ASPECT OF WORSHIP.
HOWEVER, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
EMPHASIZED ON ITS IMPORTANCE BY SAYING
THAT UNLESS ONE IS BORN OF WATER AND
OF SPIRIT, SUCH CANNOT ENTER INTO THE
KINGDOM OF GOD.
WHEREVER YOU MAY GO, IF THE WORD
OF GOD IS NOT DISCUSSED AND
BAPTISM IS NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY, AS

WELL AS CONFESSION OF SINS, THEN
DEPART FROM SUCH A PLACED FOR THE
HOLY SPIRIT DOES NOT DWELL
THEREIN.
EVEN WHEN YOU ENTER A BETHEL, IF YOU
FIND NO HOLY OIL, AND WATER THERE, THEN
KNOW THAT GOD IS NOT IN SUCH A BETHEL.
WHEREVER YOU GO AND YOU DO NOT FIND
THE WORD OF GOD, WATER AND HOLY OIL,
THEN DEPART FROM THAT PLACE FOR THE
PEOPLE THERE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY
ARE DOING. THESE THREE THINGS BEAR
WITNESS TO THE FACT THAT GOD IS
PRESENT IN SUCH A PLACE.
These three things are the main weapon used
in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. THE
HOLY OIL SIGNIFIES THE BLOOD OF GOD
(CHRIST). THIS IS WHAT IS USED IN
FORGIVING ALL YOUR SINS AND
INIQUITIES. THE WATER IS USED IN
WASHING AND CLEANING ALL

MAY HAVE BEEN BAPTISED SEVERAL

CONFESS AND REPENT OF ALL YOUR
SINS BEFORE BAPTISM. ONCE YOU
CONFESS, REPENT AND YOU ARE
BAPTISED YOU HAVE BECOME A
DIFFERENT PERSON. YOUR SALVATION
HERE STARTS THE VERY DAY YOU ARE
BAPTISED. THIS IS SO BECAUSE YOU
ARE FIRST GIVEN THE WORDS OF GOD
BEFORE YOUR CONFESSION. WITHOUT
PASSING THROUGH THIS WAY, YOU ARE
WASTING YOUR TIME. THAT IS WHY THE
CHURCHES ARE NOW EMPTY. THEY DO
NOT PASS THROUGH THE RIGHT WAY TO
GOD AND SO THEY SCATTER BECAUSE
OF NOT HAVING RECEIVED THE HOLY
SPIRIT, THEY HAVE NO LIFE

There are very many persons in the world who
have their shares in this kingdom but they
cannot receive them yet because they are not
born of water, blood, and Holy Spirit. There are
many others who claim to be baptized but have
neither their sins remitted nor the Holy Spirit in
them. Their baptism is just like having an
ordinary bath in the stream or river. It can only
become meaningful only when they are
anointed with the Holy Oil which signifies the
blood of Christ. Once you are anointed after
baptism, the Holy Spirit takes possession of
your body and you are admitted into the
kingdom of God.
SOMETIMES YOU FAST AND PRAY YET THE
HOLY SPIRIT DOES NOT MANIFEST. THIS IS
BECAUSE YOU DID NOT START WITH
CONFESSION OF SINS AND THE SPRINKLING
OF WATER AND HOLY OIL. Read the Golden
Text below: GOLDEN TEXT: JOHN 19:34
“But one of the soldiers with a spear,
pierced his side and forthwith came
there out blood and water.”

THE HOLY OIL AND WATER ARE THE SIGNS OF
THE TRIUNE GOD:
Brethren, you have now realized that the water
and blood that came out of Him washed away
our sins. That is why here in Brotherhood of
the Cross and Star, we deal with Holy Oil,
water and the word of God. If someone goes to
his house and gives you any other thing, do not
receive. Do not receive drugs, roots, leaves, or
any form of medication for God is not in such
things.
All problems are solved and sicknesses healed
by these three things- WATER, OIL AND THE
WORDS OF GOD. If a patient has sinned let him
confess all his sins. Then give him THE WORD
OF GOD, HOLY WATER AND OIL. In this way, he
will be healed or his problems will be solved.
Do not accept any diabolical substances from
any person.
There is a common mistake made by everyone,
that is regarding the Holy Oil as medication.
That is why some people add it to their tea,
soup, and use it as purgative. They use it for

all types of things, they even use it as
tablets. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE. A
member of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star
can even empty three containers of holy oil at
the same time.
Now let it be known that once you have
been baptized into Brotherhood of the
Cross and Star, YOU ARE NOT TO DRINK
OR USE THE HOLY OIL ANY HOW. YOU
ONLY USE IT WHEN A SINNER REPENTS
AND DECIDES TO CONFESS HIS SINS.
AFTER CONFESSION, YOU SPRINKLE
HOLY WATER AND USE THE SAME TO
ANOINT SUCH A PERSON. YOU CAN PUT
THREE DROPS OF HOLY OIL IN A
CONTAINER OF WATER AND DRINK IT OR
ANOINT PEOPLE WITH IT.
THIS HOLY OIL AND WATER USED IN
BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND
STAR ARE NO DRUGS OR CHARMS.
THESE ARE THE SIGNS OF THE
PRESENCE OF THE TRIUNE GOD IN OUR
MIDST. I HAVE NEVER ASKED YOU TO
DRINK THE HOLY OIL BUT TO USE IT AS

THE SIGN OF CHRIST'S BLOOD. ONCE
YOU MAKE A SIGN OF THE CROSS WITH
THE HOLY OIL ON ANY PERSON WHO
HAS CONFESSED HIS SINS, HIS
SICKNESSES ARE HEALED. THERE IS NO
TYPE OF SICKNESS THAT CANNOT BE
HEALED IN THIS WAY. IT IS NOT AN
EASY THING TO POSSESS THE HOLY
SPIRIT, UNLESS THROUGH THE
FORGIVENESS OF OUR SINS WITH THE
RIGHT USAGE OF THE HOLY OIL WHICH
IS THE BLOOD OF CHRIST.
So beloved, a stroke of the cane is enough for the
wise. May the Father bless His Holy Words, Amen.

WHO BELIEVES IN RESURRECTION?
Our Lord Jesus Christ has advised that when
you make a feast, you should invite the poor,
the maimed, the lame and the blind, in order
that you would be blessed, for they cannot
compensate you. You would be compensated
at the resurrection of the just.

About 99 percent of the population of the world
does not believe in the resurrection. If you
were to hope on resurrection then you would
not have pitied yourself about death because
death does not exist. But do what is good
knowing that whatever you do, you are sowing
for yourself.
THE DISCIPLES STRUGGLED AMONG THEMSELVES

Golden Text: John 14:18
“I will not leave you comfortless; I am coming unto
you.”
WHAT IS READ TO YOU IS QUITE PLAIN. BUT OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS SPEAKING IN THE

PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE. “I AM COMING
BACK TO YOU.” HE DID NOT SAY THAT HE WILL
COME BACK TO YOU. IT IS THEREFORE,
ERRONEOUS FOR YOU TO PRAY THAT OUR LORD
JESUS CHRIST SHOULD COME BACK AGAIN. TO
WHERE DID HE GO? HE SAYS, “I AM COMING BACK.”
HE HAS NOT INDICATED HIS RETURN IN THE
FUTURE.
A Challenge To The World That Christ Has Not
Gone Anywhere Since His Resurrection:
READ THE THREE TEXTS TO THE IGNORANT
AND THE FOOLS. SHOW THEM TO ALL THE
INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD BECAUSE I
DECLARE THIS FROM HIGH HEAVENS. WHEN
THEY HOLD THE BELIEF THAT HE WILL COME
BACK AGAIN, I CHALLENGE THEM.
He says it was expedient that He went away,
because if He did not go away, the Comforter
would not come to you; but if He went away,
He would send the Comforter unto you. He
says again: “except a grain of corn falls on the
ground and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies
it brings forth much fruit. He says finally in the

golden text: “I will not leave you comfortless, I
am coming unto you.” This means that our Lord
Jesus Christ has not left us to even one inch.
He has been with mankind since His
resurrection and the Father is doing His work.
However, a great many people still feel that He
is in the sky, while others say until He comes
back again. And I ask you where has He ever
been to?
Apart From Our Lord Jesus Christ, No Person
Grants Your Request
HAS HE NOT ADVISED THAT WHATEVER WE
ASK THE FATHER THROUGH HIS NAME, HE
WILL SURELY DO IT FOR US. HAS HE EVER
ADVISED YOU TO ASK THROUGH ANY OTHER
NAME OR THROUGH ANY OTHER THING? BUT
HE SAYS, “IF YOU SHALL ASK ANYTHING IN
MY NAME, I WILL DO IT.” (JOHN 14:13). CAN
SUCH A STATEMENT BE MADE BY A DEAD
PERSON OR SOMEBODY WHO TRAVELS TO A
DISTANT PLACE? Ask your carnal father for
anything whether he will do it for you. Ask the
government for anything you like, whether it

will be done for you. But ask Him, He is a living
person, and He will grant your request.
You do not read your Bible, and if even you
read, you do not understand it. Our Lord Jesus
Christ does not die forever. Do you also know
that His ascension means descent? The day
He ascended into heaven was the day He came
down to the earth. Similarly, when He
descended to the earth in His carnal
manifestation, He ascended into heaven.
The story of our Lord Jesus Christ is not a
simple one. The time of his birth was the time
of his death and the time of His death was the
time He regenerated, full of power, endowed
with wisdom and powers, having power to rule
the world.
By The Obedience Of One Shall Many Be Made
Righteous. (Rom 5:19)
Can you notice the folly of man? Caiaphas had
told the people that they knew nothing at all or
would they consider that it was expedient for

us, that one man should die for the people than
the whole world to perish. (John 11:49-54).
Our Lord Jesus Christ was of the opinion that it
was expedient that He should die because that
meant coming up again. Brethren, examine
critically which of the actions taken against
our Lord Jesus Christ was evil. That of
Caiaphas or that of those who arrested Him
and His death. Because if these things did not
take place, Our Lord Jesus Christ could not
have come into the world.
Regeneration: To Save It Means Liberty
When you are in the flesh you are in a
confinement, like somebody’s movement being
restricted by the four walls of a prison cell.
There are certain places you cannot go or
reach. But when you resurrect and become
regenerated, you travel to any place at all
without a passport and visa.
You can enter the flesh as well as the Spirit;
enter water and the fire also. It is quite easy to
enter everywhere. Can you not realize that He

is the doer of the work at this end of time in
the world? When I tell you that I am not the
doer but He, you always laugh.
DO NOT GAZE AT THE SUN NOR ON THE
MOON; DO NOT GO TO INDIA OR BRITAIN. IF
SOMEBODY TELLS YOU THAT HE IS IN THE
MOON, DO NOT GO BECAUSE HE HAS COME
BACK, SINCE THEN; AND HE HAS BEEN HERE
DOING HIS WORK EVERY TIME, EVERYWHERE.
HE IS NEVER SICK, DOES NOT EXPERIENCE
PAINS, HAS NO PROBLEMS.
Christ Is Omnipresent
Even the three days He was supposed to have
been in the grave, He did not rest. He spent the
three days destroying death and pains of
death, collecting the keys of hades and of
death and taking complete dominion over
hades as the King of heaven. He also released
all the members bound.
Do you say again that our Lord Jesus Christ is
in the sky, because He is always in the sky. He
is in the sun, the moon, in the forest, inside

water. He is in your heart; He is in your house
walking majestically and boldly. CALL EVERY
TIME WITHOUT GETTING TIRED. HE IS
HUMAN, HE IS THE SPIRIT, HE IS FIRE AND
AIR AND WATER, HE IS ALL AND IN ALL.
Flesh And Blood Cannot Serve God. (1 Cor
15:50/ Matt 16:17)
Do not be proud that you are doing the work. It
is our Lord Jesus Christ who does the work. Do
not be conceited that somebody is capable of
doing everything. No flesh and blood can do
the work apart from our Lord Jesus Christ.
That is why you are advised to mortify the
flesh and live by the spirit. If you mortify the
flesh, you will be one Spirit with Him. THOUGH
WE HAVE KNOWN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
AFTER THE FLESH, YET NOW AND
HENCEFORTH WE KNOW HIM NO MORE LIKE
THAT. (2 COR 5:16)
You only need to refrain from drinking,
fornication, adultery, falsehood, theft and the
rest of the vices and surrender yourself to Him,

see Him, serve Him and dwell with Him and He
will gain dominion over all and He will be seen
lavishly everywhere.
Brotherhood Is The Kingdom Of God!
Do you not remember that people in the world
address you as witches and wizards? This is
based on the little faith you have, because you
are being seen physically everywhere. Two or
three persons confess they see you at the
same time, in their houses, at the hospital, you
converse with them, whether they close their
eyes or not and so they conclude that yours is
not a church but one of the most powerful
witchcraft cults. They see you both physically
and spiritually; you are being seen in the moon
and in the stars, in water and everywhere. That
is why no matter what explanations you put
forward, they do not seem convinced that
yours is not a secret society but insist that you
belong to a very powerful cult.
You Work Harder After Regeneration!

Many of you argue that you have gone
overseas. I tell you, you have been travelling
down there; you are entering inside water and
loosening those that are bound in chains, you
are climbing to great heights and loosening the
ropes. You are entering everywhere and
releasing all those who are chained; and
liberating all those in bondage. You go to the
hospitals and liberate those affected by the
machinations of the evil ones. That is why they
conclude that your witchcraft is the most
powerful in the world.
Those who are Christ’s have crucified their
flesh with the affections and lusts, and are
now living in the spirit. (Gal 5:24). This is a
spiritual warfare. You need no candle or
incense or perfume or any other thing. But
wherever you go to, people are always
petrified with such fear and astonishment that
they openly say that the wizards and witches
have arrived again. The spirits will reveal to
the people what you are; and the elemental
spirits of the universe will bow down to you.
Mortify The Flesh With Its Lusts And

Affections! (Rom 8:13).
Have you not been confronted with the
question, to what society do you belong? As
small as you are, if you are seen in the spirit,
people would be bamboozled. One person
alone to enter Calabar would ward off all evils
and render all charms useless. That is why it
sounds unbelievable to them that you should
be a man of God. The world does not believe
but insist that you are a witch or a wizard. For
the flesh lusts against the spirit and the spirit
against the flesh, and these are contradictory
to the other, so that you cannot do the things
that you should. (Rom 8:5-8). If, therefore, you
mortify the flesh, you will live in the spirit.
The doctrines delivered to you, have never
existed anywhere else in the world. This marks
the end of the period when ever-lasting
gospels are given to you.
Brethren, I do not intend to be tedious unto
you, one stroke of the cane is sufficient for the
wise. Those who have ears, let them hear. May

REJOICE IN OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST
YOU ARE GODS, NO MATTER YOUR
CONDITION
Any spirit which tells you that somebody
will bolt from the blues and crash-land
on the ground like an eaglet is not of
God but carnal and demonic. Why the
Jews crucified our Lord Jesus Christ
was that He being man claimed He was
the Son of God. And they killed Him
because they had not the spirit of God in
them. Up till today, the Jews still assert
that God has no child. This assertion
implies that there is no God, for if God
has no child, who is your father? All
such disputes and confusions which
trouble the world stem from the flesh.
There are some people here whose study
of the evolutionary process of man

makes them believe that there is no God
and that life started from the sea bed
creatures, to reptiles, to the present
Homo sapiens. Go to the universities;
listen to scientists and many others you
will realize that no one believes in God.
That is why you behave unseemingly. It
is written in your law that you are gods,
the children of the Most High God but
you shall die like men. If you are a god,
then dying like men will not stop you
from being a god. If you are a Son of God
and you die, this does not change the
fact that you are a child of God. If you
are a god and you get sick, it does not
mean that you are no longer a god.
Because you are sick, if you are a god
and are disgraced or are hungry, or in
lack, it does not mean that those things
would not have come to you were you
not to be a god. Have you not seen what
happens in the world with God Almighty?
In the beginning God said let us make
man in our own image, after our
likeness. What is the meaning of making

man in our own image? This means that
man should look like God. When you
argue that God is not man, what then is
God? Is He a tree? Were God not man,
how would He have made man in this
form which according to Him is His own
image? Now you argue that man is not
God. If man is not God, what is man?
What is God? Is He not man? God put
everything under man’s care that he
should superintend over fishes, animals,
birds and every other thing. He also
ordered man to name all creatures. Now,
the flesh has deceived you into believing
that man is not God. If man is not God,
what is man? Let us assume that man is
not God, but the Son of God. But you
argue that man is not a child of God.
What then is man, when you say that
man is neither God nor a Son of God, but
believing in our Lord Jesus Christ what
was he?
The birth of our Lord Jesus Christ was to
confound all wisdom. Mary was
conceived for nine months, after which

Jesus was delivered and people from
east and west paid obeisance to Him.
Argue that such birth did not take place.
If you will argue that our Lord Jesus
Christ is the Child of God, whose child
are you? This issue leads to yet another.
Mary gave birth to Jesus the Christ as
her first child, He was a Son of God, and
she also gave birth to others, the sons of
men. We have our support from the Bible
that those who are born of the flesh are
carnal and those born of the spirit are
spiritual. Our Lord Jesus Christ was born
of the spirit and others were carnal. Can
you not realize that man is of two
categories? Amongst us, there are the
sons of God and the sons of men. Now
that you argue that God has just one
son, does it mean that He ended His
action by begetting only our Lord Jesus
Christ? Has God not begotten any other
person despite the teeming population of
the inhabitants of the world? Can you
say that our Lord Jesus Christ was the
first and last child of God?

Secondly, do you believe that since after
the ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ,
He is still in the atmosphere? Did you
not read that after three days He
resurrected and showed Himself to the
people? And when the disciples were
terrified He told them:
“Behold My hands and My feet, that it is
Myself: handle Me, and see; for a spirit
hath not flesh and bones, as ye see Me
have.” While they yet believed not for
joy, and wondered, He said unto them,
have ye here any meat, and they gave
Him a piece of boiled fish, and of honey
comb. And He took it and did eat before
them. (John 24:36 -45).
BROTHERHOOD IS NOT OF THE FLESH
(BCS)
All the confusion and doubt that abound
in the world comes from the flesh. That
is the spirit of Lucifer who did promise
to trouble the world. We in Brotherhood
rejoice in our Lord Jesus Christ, and
have confidence in the spirit. That is

why, those who are ignorant of what
Brotherhood is, call it a new church. But
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is the
Kingdom of God. We do not worship
carnality. We do not rejoice in any other
thing apart from our Lord Jesus Christ.
We do not live according to the dictates
of the flesh but by the directives of the
spirit.
ALSO WE DO NOT LOOK OR SEE THINGS
CARNALLY, NEITHER DO WE HEAR WITH
THE CARNAL EARS, WE DO ALL THINGS
IN THE SPIRIT. WE KNOW NO MAN
THROUGH THE FLESH BUT THROUGH
THE SPIRIT. WE DO NOT REJOICE IN
MONEY, OR SIZE, OR POSITION AND
WHETHER YOU ARE A MINISTER,
LAWYER, DOCTOR OR A CHIEF, WE
REJOICE IN THE SPIRIT. OUR BOLDNESS
AND HAPPINESS IS IN OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST BECAUSE HE CAME, DIED,
RESURRECTED AND HE IS NOW LIVING
TO BE GLORIFIED.
HIS REIGN HAS NO BEGINNING AND NO
END. HE IS OUR CAPTAIN. HE REIGNS IN

HEAVEN AND ON EARTH, IN THE WATER
AND IN OUR BODY. IN ALL PLACES, HE
REIGNS THOUGH THE WORLD KNOWS
HIM NOT, WE HAVE SEEN AND KNOWN
HIM. WE DO NOT BOAST, IN THE MONEY
HE GIVES US. WE DO NOT BOAST, IN THE
LIFE HE GIVES US. WE DO NOT BOAST IN
THE WISDOM, HE GIVES US.
WE REJOICE IN HIM BECAUSE HE WILL
NOT FAIL US FOREVER. AS HE HAD
PROMISED THAT "WHEN I GO AND
PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU, I WILL
COME BACK AND TAKE YOU TO
MYSELF," HIS PROMISE IS FULFILLED IN
US TODAY. HE SAID, "I WILL NOT LEAVE
YOU COMFORTLESS, I WILL COME UNTO
YOU". HE HAS COME UNTO US. NONE OF
US HERE BOASTS OF WHAT WE HAVE.
WE DO NOT EVEN REJOICE IN OUR
CARNAL FATHER OR ANY OTHER THING.
OUR HAPPINESS IS IN CHRIST JESUS,
BECAUSE HE IS THE CONQUEROR AND
OUR ARMOR BEARER. MANY PEOPLE
PROFESS THAT THEY ARE CHRIST’S, OR
JESUS, OR SPIRIT, BUT THEY DO NOT

PREACH ABOUT HIM, NEITHER DO THEY
BOAST IN HIM. IF YOU BOAST IN OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHY DO YOU NOT
DO SO IN THE SPIRIT? IF YOU ARE
WALKING IN THE SPIRIT, WHY DO YOU
NOT BOAST IN OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST? BRETHREN, I DO NOT WANT TO

Brethren, have you heard the Scripture?
Why you have problems is that you do
not rejoice in our Lord Jesus Christ and
many of you have no confidence in the
spirit. EARTHLY THINGS ARE LIKE THE
DEW, WHICH IS TRANSITORY, BUT OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST ABIDES FOREVER.

DO NOT PUT YOUR HOPE IN MAN, OR
MONEY, OR ANY OF THE EARTHLY
THINGS. BUT, LET YOUR HOPE, FAITH,
HAPPINESS AND CONFIDENCE BE IN OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST FOR HE WILL NOT
FAIL YOU.
PEOPLE ARE INVESTIGATING THE
CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE
BIRTH OF THE LEADER AND THE SORT
OF FOOD HE EATS. THEY ARE
RESEARCHING INTO HIS KIND OF
APPAREL, ALL IN A BID TO DISCOVER
THE SOURCE OF HIS POWER. THESE
PERSONS ARE TO BE GREATLY PITIED.
I HIDE NOTHING FROM YOU AND I HAVE
BEEN TELLING YOU THAT I AM
POWERLESS AND NONE EXISTING. BUT
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAD SAID
THAT “ALL POWER IN HEAVEN AND ON
EARTH HAD BEEN HANDED OVER TO ME.
GO YE THEREFORE, AND TEACH ALL
NATIONS, BAPTIZING THEM IN THE
NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE
SON, AND OF THE HOLY GHOST.

THINGS WHATSOEVER I HAVE

PROMISE THAT I OPERATE.
HE SAID, WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ME,

AS MANY AS BELIEVE IN OUR LORD
JESUS CHRIST AS THE SON OF GOD, THE
SAME HAVE RIGHT TO BE CALLED THE
CHILDREN OF GOD. ALL THOSE WHO
HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE SPIRIT
TESTIFY THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
IS HERE. HE IS DOING THE WORK; HE IS
THE MASTER, THE LORD OF LORDS AND
THE KING OF KINGS. HE IS IN HEAVEN,
ON EARTH AND IN US. HE DIED ONCE
FOR THE SAKE OF OUR SINS. FROM
THENCE LIVES HE A LIFE OF
RIGHTEOUSNESS
FOREVER.

IT IS NOT EXPECTED THAT ANY OTHER
PERSON SHOULD DIE. IT IS NOT GIVEN
THAT THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN HIM
SHOULD DIE. THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN
HIM MUST HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. AND IT
IS NOT EXPECTED THAT ANY ONE
SHOULD DECLARE HIMSELF TO BE
JESUS OR CHRIST, OR JEHOVAH OR
GOD. DO WE NEED MANY JESUSES? IS
THE ONE WE HAVE NOT SUFFICIENT? IT
IS NOT ALSO EXPECTED THAT ANYONE
SHOULD GAZE AT THE SKY. WHAT DO
YOU EXPECT FROM THE SKY? THE
SCRIPTURE SAYS, TRULY I SAY UNTO
YOU, HE WHO BELIEVES IN ME, THE
WORKS THAT I DO SHALL HE DO,
GREATER WORKS THAN THIS SHALL HE
DO. IF YOU BELIEVE IN HIM AND DO
GREATER WORKS, WHAT ELSE DO YOU
EXPECT OF HIM IN THE SKY?
People initiate into many secret
societies as well as various forms of
diabologies in order to be saved. But
instead of getting salvation, disaster
still befalls them. And our Lord Jesus

Christ said, “Whoever believes and is
baptized shall be saved, but whoever is
not baptized shall be damned. And these
signs shall follow them that believe. In
My name shall they cast out devils; they
shall speak with new tongues.
They shall take up serpents, and if they
drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt
them; they shall lay hands on the sick,
and they shall recover.” It is as simple
as that by coming out of the water of
baptism, these signs follow you. Is there
any of you who is not followed by these
signs? It is this issue that baffles all the
inhabitants of the world and that is why
they keep asking the source of power in
Brotherhood? But of a truth, I tell you
the moment you believe and are
baptized, these signs shall follow you.
You are not charged any money; neither
are you given any other conditions.
What do you think God is? God is the
Word, and what is the Word? The Word is
Christ. What is Christ? Christ is Spirit.
What is Spirit? Spirit is Truth, Love,

Faith, Peace, Holiness, Humility,
Temperance, Meekness, Power and Joy.
He is all and in all. Tell Me what your
problem is? Have you not seen that
Spirit? Has it not come?
It is today that you are going to know
the fruits of the Spirit. So that those who
claim to possess the spirit will know
their stand. Church denominations will
claim they do not worship the spirit
since they are orthodox churches,
believing in the power of the Holy Spirit.
It is today that you will know which is a
spiritual church.

THE FIRST GENTILE CONVERT:
CORNELIUS WAS THE FIRST GENTILE GOD
REVEALED HIMSELF TO. WITHOUT THE HOLY
SPIRIT, HOW WOULD THE WORD OF GOD
SPREAD TO OTHER NATIONS?
THE FIRST GENTILE CONVERT:
HAVE YOU HEARD THAT OUR LORD
JESUS CHRIST EVER BEAT DRUMS, BURN
INCENSE OR LIGHT CANDLES? RIGHT
FROM PETER, TO WHOM THIS MINISTRY
WAS HANDED, TO PAUL AND OTHERS
WHO SERVED IN THE MINISTRY, HAVE
YOU HEARD ANY OF THEM BEAT DRUM,
BURN INCENSE OR OR LIGHT CANDLES
USED PERFUMERY OR ANY OF ALL THE
OTHER ABOMINABLE ACTS YOU TAKE
DELIGHT IN DOING IN THE NAME OF
SPIRITUALISM?
Which spirit is that? When our Lord
Jesus Christ had not yet bestowed the
spirit on His disciples, He told them not
to enter into the way of the Samaritans
but to go to the lost sheep of Israel.
That is to say, without the Holy Spirit

the world would perish. Because when
our Lord Jesus Christ lived in flesh, He
had limited functions. He directed the
disciples to the Israelites only. If they
entered a house they would ask if there
were any Israelite dwelling there, and
they would attend to only the Israelites.
If there were no Israelites, they would
leave. It is exactly what the church
denominations are doing. When they get
to a group of people, they will ask if
members of their churches are there. In
the hospital they will ask if their member
is there. Such practices are carnal and
not spiritual.
When our Lord Jesus Christ had
bestowed the spirit on His disciples,
Cornelius had a dream, and an angel told
him that God had heard his prayer. The
angel told him to send somebody to
Joppa to meet one Peter who lodged
with Simon the tanner, and that Peter
would tell him what to do. It was not the
spirit directing Cornelius but an angel.
Cornelius, the centurion sent three of his

men to Peter. Before the arrival of the
three, the spirit had already informed
Peter that three people were waiting
outside for him. Even before the
messengers left to their destination,
Peter saw in a trance how heaven
opened and certain vessel descending
unto him, as it had been a great sheet
knit at the four corners and was let
down to the earth:wherein were all
manners of four footed animals and other
beasts of the earth and, and wild beast
and creeping things, and fowls of the air,
and he was told to kill and eat. But he
refused on the excuse that he had never
eaten anything common or unclean. This
action was repeated three times, and the
vessel was carried up. The voice told
him that what God hath cleansed, call
not thou common. This vision really
disturbed him; and as he was thinking
over it, the three men from Cornelius
arrived, the same spirit told him,
“Behold, three men seek thee,” and he
went out and saw the three men from

Cornelius, who told him their mission.
These men were Gentiles. Remember
that our Lord Jesus Christ had told them
not to enter the way of the Gentiles but
these were Gentiles before him. The
situation worried Peter but the Spirit
told him to follow them. SINCE HE
WALKED IN THE SPIRIT, HE HAD TO
OBEY THE DICTATES OF THE SPIRIT.
PETER OBEYED THE SPIRIT AND WENT
TO CORNELIUS. ON SEEING PETER,
CORNELIUS FELL DOWN AT HIS FEET,
AND WORSHIPPED HIM. BUT PETER
TOOK HIM UP, SAYING, STAND UP;
MYSELF ALSO AM A MAN. Peter told him
you know that it is unlawful for a Jew to
keep company, or come unto one of
another nation. But God hath shewed me
that I should call no man common or
unclean, therefore came I unto you
without gainsaying, as soon as I was
sent for; I ask therefore for what intent
ye have sent for me? Cornelius narrated
the preceding events that led to this
meeting and Peter opened his mouth and

told them about our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Lord of all. Those who were present
received the Holy Spirit. THAT WAS THE
FIRST TIME IN HUMAN HISTORY THE
WORD OF GOD WAS EXTENDED BEYOND
THE JEWS. CORNELIUS WAS THE FIRST
GENTILE GOD REVEALED HIMSELF TO.
WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT, HOW
WOULD THE WORD OF GOD SPREAD TO
OTHER NATIONS?
NOTE THAT WHEN THE TWELVE
DISCIPLES WALKED WITH OUR LORD
JESUS CHRIST, THEY WERE NEVER TOLD
TO ENTER INTO THE WAY OF THE
SAMARITANS OR OF THE GENTILES. SO
WHEN THE OTHER ELEVEN HEARD THAT
PETER HAD GONE TO THE GENTILES
WITH THE GOSPEL, THEY ACCUSED
PETER OF BRINGING CONFUSION. BUT
WHEN THEY GATHERED, HE TOLD THEM
OF HIS VISION AND WHAT FOLLOWED,
THEY WERE SATISFIED. THAT IS WHY IT
IS SAID THAT WHOEVER WALKS IN THE
SPIRIT DOES NOT ERR. IF THE SPIRIT
TELLS YOU TO GO TO BABANGIDA, OR

QUEEN ELIZABETH, AND INFORM HIM OR
HER OF THESE THINGS, GO STRAIGHT.
BY DOING THAT THERE IS NO MISTAKE
AND NO ONE CAN CHALLENGE YOU.
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS LOVE
Brethren, our confidence is in the Spirit.
Wherever the Spirit directs you, go forth.
If the spirit tells you to go and worship
in the Roman Catholic Church, do so. If
you are told to go to the Presbyterian, or
Amorc, or any place for that matter, do
not hesitate. There is no discrimination
in this Kingdom. Listen and hearken to
the Spirit, in whatever you are directed.
THE SPIRIT DOES NOT CREATE
DIVISION. WITH HIM THERE IS NEITHER
MALE NOR FEMALE, YOUNG OR OLD. WE
HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE
MOSLEMS, MEMBERS OF THE OGBONI,
CHRISTIANS. WE HAVE NO TROUBLE
WITH GHOSTS, MAN, OBON, ROBBERS
AND THIEVES. WHAT IS REQUIRED OF US
IS TO LISTEN TO THE SPIRIT IN
WHATEVER WE ARE TOLD TO DO. WE

HAVE NO TROUBLE WITH WHITES, OR
BLACKS. SINCE OUR CONFIDENCE IS IN
THE SPIRIT, WHEREVER YOU ARE SENT,
GO THERE BECAUSE THE HOLY SPIRIT
HAS NO BETHEL.
Remember that when Saul was to go to
Damascus to arrest the followers of our
Lord Jesus Christ, he was authorized by
the high priest to arrest and jail anyone
who called on the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ. On his way, bright light
shone round about him from heaven, and
the voice of the Lord called on him, Saul,
Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he
said who art thou Lord? And the voice
said; I am Jesus whom thou persecute.
Saul was struck blind and for three days
he did not see. It was the same Jesus
who told him to go to one Ananias. The
same Jesus revealed to Ananias about
Saul. This shows to you that the spirit is
that of love. He told Ananias to go and
pray for Saul that Saul may receive his
sight. Can you see the situation? On
learning the order, Ananias answered,

“Lord, I have heard by many of this man,
how much evil he hath done to thy saints
at Jerusalem. And here he hath authority
from the chief Priests to bind all that
call on thy name.” But the Lord said unto
him: Go thy way, for he is a chosen
vessel unto Me, to bear My name before
the Gentiles and kings, and the children
of Israel. Ananias did not argue but went
his way because he was in the spirit.
When he arrived there, he placed his
hands on him and said, Brother Saul,
“the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared
unto thee in the way as thou carest, hath
sent me, thou mayest receive thy sight,
and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” And
immediately there fell from his eyes as it
had been scale; and he received sight
forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.
Such is the work of the Spirit. YOU DO
NOT BEHAVE ANYHOW YOU LIKE. IT IS
OUR DUTY TO DO THIS WORK. IF WE
WALK IN THE SPIRIT, THERE WILL BE
NEITHER QUARRELING, NOR FIGHTING,
NOR TROUBLE, NOR CONFLICT BUT

LOVE WILL BE FOUND EVERYWHERE.
2ND LESSON: GALATIANS 5: 22-23
“But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy,
peace, long-suffering, gentleness,
goodness, faith, meekness, temperance;
against such there is no law.”
Brethren, have you heard the Scripture?
He sent Cornelius to go to Peter and be
told what to do. Peter went to him as he
was also directed. Did Peter beat up
Cornelius, or quarrel, or curse or abuse
him? He went and saved him, and
converted Cornelius to become a
Christian. He told Ananias to go and pray
for a man called Saul that he may
receive his sight. When Ananias went to
Saul, did he beat, curse or extort Saul?
IN THE SAME MANNER, IF THE FATHER
DIRECTS YOU TO GO TO A CERTAIN
BROTHER’S HOUSE, OR TO LAGOS, AND
OTHER PLACES, IT IS OUR DUTY TO
OBEY, AND SERVE WHOEVER IS
CONCERNED WITH LOVE. IT IS THE
WORK OF GRACE, MERCY, TRUTH, AND
PATIENCE, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO

WITH QUARRELING, MURDER, OR
SNATCHING SOMEBODY’S WIFE OR
HUSBAND.
OBEY THE DIRECTIVE OF THE HOLY
SPIRIT
We have no particular Bethel since our
functional Bethel is the Holy Spirit.
Thus, the issue of posing as an elder or
prophet in charge of the Bethel does not
arise. Your duty is to listen to the spirit
and do what it tells you. Whoever walks
in the spirit is a child of God, but
whoever walks in flesh is of Satan. As at
now, members of WAI (War Against
Indiscipline) Brigade had come to help
maintain order in the premises, but it is
reported that members of the Youth
Fellowship relentlessly oppose them. Are
you the only owner of these premises?
Have they come to kill? They have
merely come to help guard the place.
ANYBODY CAN COME AND JOIN HANDS
WITH YOU IN THE SERVICE, AS LONG AS
THE SPIRIT OF GOD DIRECTS THEM. AS I

AM, IF SOMEBODY COMES TO ME AND
SAY THAT HE IS GOING TO PREACH, I
WILL MERELY THANK THE FATHER AND
GET DOWN FOR HIM, KNOWING THAT IT
WILL GIVE ME VACATION. IS IT NOT ONE
AND THE SAME THING?
Can you now realize that there is no law
here? The Father had directed all of you,
ordained ones, elders, Christ Servants,
Christ Students, and others to guard the
premises. If you cannot do the work, and
the Holy Spirit mobilizes another group
of people elsewhere to come and do it,
why do you resist them? On this note, we
are not under law but our confidence is
in the Holy Spirit. If the Spirit directs
you, obey accordingly. It is the Father
who sends you and you are not under any
law. Except in a situation where
somebody tells you that what he does is
a personal opinion. In that case, do not
obey. But whatever the spirit tells you,
even when somebody comes to you and
says that the Father sends him to come
and pray for you, kneel down and receive

the prayer because it is for your own
good.
