FATHER HATH GIVEN ME, SHALL I NOT DRINK IT?

That is why on Wednesday we have the Bible class,
watch and pray till 3 a.m. 6 a.m. on Thursday starts
the fasting depicting the time He was sentenced to
death and later nailed to the cross at 9 am. We have
no other work to do but to unveil the events of that
day to those who were not there. You may have been
there when this event happened and that is why it is
always said that we of the olden times have come
back again.
If you were not there then, how do you come by these
names, pastor, prophet, apostle and evangelist. Many
of you do not know why you are placed in these
positions. It is exactly what happened in the past that
is re-established and a fulfillment of the proclamation
of our Lord Jesus Christ when He said that the
Comforter shall teach you all things, and bring all
things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said
unto you. "And God had set some in the Church, first
Apostles, second Prophets, thirdly Teachers, after
these miracles, then gifts of healing, helpers of
governments, diversities of tongues 1st Corinthians
(12:28) and this is what you are seeing today done in
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, falling in line with
what our Lord Jesus Christ had said when He said
that the Comforter will open to you all the truth. ALL
THAT YOU HAVE SEEN IS THE REVELATION OF THE
GLORY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, NOT THE
GLORY OF ANYBODY ELSE. YOU SHOULD NOT LOOK

FOR YOUR PERSONAL GLORIES BUT THAT OF
CHRIST. WHAT IS DONE HERE IN BROTHERHOOD OF
THE CROSS AND STAR IS WHAT HAD BEEN DONE, IT
IS WHAT WE HAVE TO DO AND WILL BE DONE
FOREVER. IT IS SORROWFUL THAT MANY MEMBERS
OF THE BROTHERHOOD DO NOT PARTAKE OF THE
WATCH AND PRAY AND THE FEAST WE CONDUCT
DAILY BUT THEY RATHER SAY THAT GOD DWELLS IN
THEIR HEARTS.
HAVE YOU NOT HEARD WHAT HE HAS SAID? HE
SAID WHOEVER DOES DRINK OF MY BLOOD AND
EATS OF MY FLESH WILL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
AGAIN JESUS SAID TO HIS DISCIPLES: IF YOU
WATCH WITH ME FOR AN HOUR AND IF YOU WATCH
AND PRAY YOU WILL NOT ENTER INTO
TEMPTATION. WATCH OUT AND PRAY SO THAT YOU
WILL NOT ENTER INTO TEMPTATION.
Did the disciples not enter into temptation? Yes,
they did because they did not watch and pray. Our
Lord Jesus Christ was arrested at 3 a.m. on
Thursday, this is the reason we observe a vigil night
every Wednesday to watch and pray, until 3 a.m. on
the following day.
From 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. Our Lord Jesus Christ was
tortured; this is exactly how we conduct our system
so that nothing is added nor subtracted. At 9 a.m. He
was nailed on the Cross and at 3 p.m., He shouted

and gave up His Ghost and finally at 6 p.m. His body
was removed by Joseph of Arimathaea. IF YOU TAKE
STOCK OF WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM ON THE CROSS
YOU WILL REALIZE THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
DESERVES TO BE WORSHIPED, HONORED AND
RESPECTED AND WE SHOULD WORSHIP HIM WITH
REVERENCE BY REFRAINING FROM SINS. HERE IN
THE BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND STAR
PEOPLE SAY THAT WE ARE WORSHIPING MAN. WE
WORSHIP GOD, WE HONOR GOD.

THE TIMING OF CHRIST’S DEATH:
Golden Text: Matthew 12:40
"For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the
whale's belly; so shall the son of man be three days and
three nights in the heart of the earth.''
THE TIMING OF CHRIST'S DEATH:
You have already been told that the Jews counted 6
a.m. to 6 p.m. as one day and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. as
one night. It then proves that 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on
Thursday was one day, 6 p.m. on Thursday to 6 a.m.
on Friday was one night. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on
Friday made the second day, and from 6 p.m. on
Friday to 6 a.m. on Saturday made the second night.
The third night was 6 p.m. on Saturday to 6 a.m. on
Sunday. By that calculation, our submission has
been proved. We are waiting for the Popes,
Archbishops, Bishops, and Pastors of the orthodox
churches to come and prove us wrong. We do firmly
believe that no sane person could come to contest
this divine truth except Satan and his agents.
Brethren, that is why we have to thank and glorify
Him for this wonderful and recondite wisdom
exposed to us. On our part, as we believe and
practicalize this wonderful revelation, all our
problems, difficulties, sickness and deaths are taken
away. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the mediator of the new
covenant, the only true and sincere friend. If therefore we
suffer with Him, we shall also be glorified with Him.

FOR WHOSOEVER SHALL BE ASHAMED OF ME AND
OF MY WORDS, OF HIM SHALL THE SON OF MAN
BE ASHAMED, WHEN HE SHALL COME IN HIS OWN
GLORY, AND IN HIS FATHER'S, AND OF THE HOLY

which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not
found thy works perfect before God.

LOVE AND FAITH:
*I want to tell you that IT IS SO UNTO THE PEOPLE WHO DO
NOT LOVE YOU, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING YOU
SAY TO BE TRUE. EVEN IF THEY KNOW THAT TO BE THE
TRUTH THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS BY
UNDERRATING YOU.
The death and resurrection was not within two days and two
nights as the mortification of the flesh could not be
accepted as having been two days and two nights. The
worldly people are wrong in their calculations. They may tell
you that he died on Friday, and if you continue with this
mathematics through Sunday, it would be seen that Christ's
interment was for only two days. But if you start from
Thursday and count the days and nights according to the
Jewish tradition, you will get the simple mathematics
correct.
SCHISMS IN CHRISTENDOM
CATHOLICISM AS A RELIGION IN ROME STOOD AGAINST
CHRISTIANITY AND MADE SURE IT BLOCKED FURTHER
PRINTING AND CIRCULATION OF THE BIBLE. If the Romans
had practiced the gospel as preached by Christ, would there
have been any revolution and split in the Catholic church?
Which brought about protestant religion. The Romans
regarded Christians as infidels. It is only recently that the
Pope visited Jerusalem.

The uprising in Catholicism was initiated by Martin Luther he
went to Rome to study Theology. In Rome, he was taught
rather irrelevant doctrines and practices which were
incompatible with Christ’s teachings. Martin Luther made
this discovery when he traveled into the hinterlands where
he met some of the disciples of Christ. He found them
practicing oneness and co-existing and preaching the gospel
of love one another.
What he saw and heard was contrary to what he was taught
in Rome which was purported to have been the doctrine of
Christ. On Luther’s return therefore, he formed a
questionnaire of ninety-nine questions. He presented to the
Catholic council for answers. Their failure to provide
relevant and satisfactory answers brought about a protest
which led to protestant movement which split from the
Catholic church. That also led to further spreading of
Christianity abroad. The question is, if the Romans had
practiced true Christianity, what would have caused a split
in the Catholic faith?
It may interest you to know that there is great tribalism and
discrimination in the Catholic faith. It is only recently that a
non-indigene of Italy was allowed to occupy the papal seat.
It had always been an Italian affair. THIS IS WHY THE ONLY
AFRICAN AND ELDEST CARDINAL, DOMINIC EKANEM,
CANNOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE QUALIFIED AS A POPE;

YET HE IS THE LONGEST SERVING AND MOST
EXPERIENCED CARDINAL.
BLESSED IS THAT SERVANT, WHOM HIS LORD
WHEN HE COMETH SHALL FIND SO DOING. (Luk

HOLY THURSDAY
WHY WE HAVE TO WATCH AND PRAY, AND CELEBRATE THE
PASSOVER EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
THE STAND OF BROTHERHOOD:
It was on a Wednesday night that Our Lord Jesus Christ
drank of the cup of man's iniquities. This explains why we in
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star observe WATCH and
PRAY every Wednesday night to commemorate that awful
night. He was delivered to the hands of His adversaries after
drinking of that cup. That was the night of torture and
torment and finally He was crucified at dawn on Thursday.
He asked His disciples to keep watch and pray. We say this
authoritatively because "WE" were there. We witnessed and
felt the pain and agony that Wednesday night. That explains
why we have continued to Watch and Pray, every
Wednesday night.
The world now erroneously believes that, the Lord was
crucified on Friday. This is unfortunate.
SUNDAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK:
There is also a great confusion in the world about the
counting of the days in the week. The people of the world
believe that the week begins with Monday. This is erroneous
and mundane teaching. That does not represent God's

arrangement which the Jews themselves adopted. SUNDAY
IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK, THE DAY NATURE BEGAN
THE WORK OF CREATION.
THE HOURS OF THE DAY: JOHN 11: 9-10 (are there not
TWELVE HOURS IN THE DAY?)
BIBLE WITNESS:
JOHN 11:9-10
9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If
a man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth
the light of this world.
10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because the
light is not in him.
HOLY THURSDAY
THE GREAT EXPOSITION:
It therefore becomes absolutely reasonable that
Wednesdays and Thursdays should be regarded AS HOLY
DAYS and they must be set aside for observance of these
historic events. THOSE IN SECRET CULTS AND
FRATERNITIES DO KNOW THE EFFICACY OF THE ESOTERIC
EVENTS BUT THEY HAVE FOR YEARS HIDDEN THEM FROM
OTHER INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD. THEY PERSONALLY
OBSERVE THESE HOLY DAYS BUT THEY WOULD NOT
EXPOSE THE ESSENCE TO OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE THEIR
SECRET GROUPS.

the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast

of my words, of him shall the Son of man be
ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and

standing here, which shall not taste of death, till

TRANSFIGURATION
THIS IS MY BELOVED SON: HEAR HIM.
And, behold, there talked with him two men, which
were Moses and Elias: Who appeared in glory, and
spake of his decease which he should accomplish
at Jerusalem. Luk 9:30-31
Luk 9:28 And it came to pass about an eight days
after these sayings, he took Peter and John and
James, and went up into a mountain to pray.
Luk 9:29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his
countenance was altered, and his raiment was
white and glistering.
Luk 9:30 And, behold, there talked with him two
men, which were Moses and Elias:
Luk 9:31 Who appeared in glory, and spake of his
decease which he should accomplish at
Jerusalem.
Luk 9:32 But Peter and they that were with him
were heavy with sleep: and when they were
awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that
stood with him.
Luk 9:33 And it came to pass, as they departed from
him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for
us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles;
one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias:
not knowing what he said.

Luk 9:34 While he thus spake, there came a cloud,
and overshadowed them: and they feared as they
entered into the cloud.
Luk 9:35 AND THERE CAME A VOICE OUT OF THE
CLOUD, SAYING, THIS IS MY BELOVED SON:
HEAR HIM.
Luk 9:36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was
found alone. And they kept it close, and told no
man in those days any of those things which they
had seen.
Luk 9:37 And it came to pass, that on the next day,
when they were come down from the hill, much
people met him.
BUT THEY UNDERSTOOD NOT THIS SAYING, AND IT
WAS HID FROM THEM, THAT THEY PERCEIVED IT
NOT: AND THEY FEARED TO ASK HIM OF THAT
SAYING.
Luk 9:38 And, behold, a man of the company cried
out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon my
son: for he is mine only child.
Luk 9:39 And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he
suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he
foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth
from him.

Luk 9:40 And I besought thy disciples to cast him
out; and they could not.
Luk 9:41 And Jesus answering said, O faithless and
perverse generation, how long shall I be with you,
and suffer you? Bring thy son hither.
Luk 9:42 And as he was yet a coming, the devil
threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked
the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and
delivered him again to his father.
Luk 9:43 And they were all amazed at the mighty
power of God. But while they wondered every one
at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his
disciples,
LUK 9:44 LET THESE SAYINGS SINK DOWN INTO

DELIVERED INTO THE HANDS OF MEN.

which of them should be greatest.

receive this child in my name receiveth me: and

THE LAST SUPPER
Mat 26:17 Now the first day of the feast of
unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus,
saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare
for thee to eat the passover?
Mat 26:18 And he said, Go into the city to such a
man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time
is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house
with my disciples.
Mat 26:19 And the disciples did as Jesus had
appointed them; and they made ready the
passover.

LOVE AND FAITH:
*I want to tell you that IT IS SO UNTO THE PEOPLE WHO DO
NOT LOVE YOU, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING YOU
SAY TO BE TRUE. EVEN IF THEY KNOW THAT TO BE THE
TRUTH THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS BY
UNDERRATING YOU.
The death and resurrection was not within two days and two
nights as the mortification of the flesh could not be
accepted as having been two days and two nights. The
worldly people are wrong in their calculations. They may tell
you that he died on Friday, and if you continue with this
mathematics through Sunday, it would be seen that Christ's
interment was for only two days. But if you start from
Thursday and count the days and nights according to the
Jewish tradition, you will get the simple mathematics
correct.
The April Pentecostal does not come about as a result
of our own volition, but rather, because we are rejoicing and

jubilating with the death and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus
Christ. This is continuous and so shall it remain. When this
was first published in the Herald of the New Kingdom, our
official organ, the worldly people became sad and troubled
and even doubted the authenticity of our claims, but I want
to tell you that IT IS SO UNTO THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT
LOVE YOU, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING YOU SAY
TO BE TRUE. EVEN IF THEY KNOW THAT TO BE THE TRUTH
THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS BY
UNDERRATING YOU. This is true for the blind cannot speak
good of anything. In the same vein, another child cannot rub
your back down to the toes. Our doctrines and practices are
therefore in keeping with the established precepts of old.
We do not mortify the flesh for carnal or material wealth, but
we are doing this in commemoration of the death of and
resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We do not observe it
because of the need to get money, children, cars, or houses.
The duration of your call into this kingdom notwithstanding,
even if you are a day old child, you must continue to mortify
the flesh. That is why Christ told His disciples that except
one is born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Whoever is in the flesh cannot be reborn. You must mortify
the flesh so as to be in spirit.

WHERE THEN IS THE FATHER WHO SENT CHRIST?
People always claim that: "Till Christ returns to the world."
Where then is the Father who sent Christ? Even Christ
Himself confirmed that He is sent by the Father. THE
FATHER IS NOW ON EARTH, HE IS ALSO IN HEAVEN AND
EVERYWHERE.
What you are witnessing in this kingdom is just like a film
show. In a short while it will engulf the whole world; and
everybody will be involved. It is then that the old members
would ask, “Is this the Brotherhood that we used to dance
and regarded as an ordinary child's play?" Wealth,
everlasting life, joy, happiness, and everything good abound
here.
You should know that the names Jehovah, Jesus, John, all
start with the letter J. That is an indication that they have a
beginning. But the letter "O" has no beginning nor an end.
THE INITIALS O.O.O. HAVE NO BEGINNING NOR AN END.
The whites continue to search for the source of the power in
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star; but they cannot find it.
They actually believe that there is power but from where the
source emanates, they cannot tell.
So do not continue to believe that witches, ghost, mermaids,

angels or men are haunting you. You should always recall
the statement that two sparrows are bought with one penny,
one cannot fall to the ground without the knowledge of the
Father, for there is nothing that can happen without His
knowledge. Everything comes from Him. THE ONLY THING
FOR YOU TO DO IS TO ALWAYS GIVE THANKS TO HIM
BECAUSE NO STORM, DARKNESS, OR RAIN COMES YOUR
WAY WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION. HE IS DARKNESS, LIGHT,

THE DAY OF PASSOVER:

Today is that day our Lord Jesus Christ offered that
statement this same day. This was to make you
know that this Passover was not prepared in church
or prayer houses nor in the bush, but He simply told
the disciples to go to the city and to a certain man's
house. Bread was not taken with them. Where do you
think the bread for the feast of Passover will come
from? Again He said "he who eats with me in the
same dish", and I ask, do you eat bread in the dish
with people? While we are here the Passover is being
prepared and you have partaken of the Passover with
Him. He said, "whosoever therefore shall break one
of these least commandments, and shall teach men

so, he shall be called the least in the Kingdom of
heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the
same shall be called great in the kingdom of
heaven," ( Matt. 5:19).
This feast is not celebrated because we have money,
or because we are worthy, it is not performed for our
well being, but it is done for a remembrance and also
for people who were not there that day to know what
happened. It is said that when one sees the corpse,
definitely tears must come out of the eyes. You can
now see that He was not crucified on Friday but
Thursday to avoid tumult. You will also note that this
Passover was not prepared on that Wednesday but in
advance, and this further confirms His words to be
the veritable truth.
This afternoon of the Passover started and according
to the Jewish way of counting time, Thursday
started a minute after 6 p.m. of Wednesday evening
and that was the start of His trial. If you partake of
this feast at 5 p.m. or 6 p.m., it is not the Passover. If
a man dies on Monday and when you want to
remember him, you do it on Tuesday, you are wrong.
That is why we do exactly what happened on that
day at the appropriate time whether humanity
believes or not. This shows you that Christ is the
same today, tomorrow and forever.
The disciples asked our Lord Jesus Christ where the
Passover would be prepared and the same question

has come up today. Do not term this question as
asked by the Jews and Greeks but regard it as asked
by you now. THIS QUESTION ALSO GOES TO ALL
CHRISTENDOM: WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO
PREPARE THE PASSOVER? THE SON OF MAN IS
GOING INTO HIS GLORY AND ARE WE NOT TO
PREPARE THE PASSOVER?
It is not calling Jesus, Jesus, Lord of Lords and King
of Kings but go into the world and ask of where the
Passover will be prepared? The direct answer is that
you should go into the city and enter into a certain
man's house and make him know that the teacher
wants a place prepared for the Passover.
THE TRUTH HAS COME TO STAY
That is why Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is
called Christ Universal Spiritual School of Practical
Christianity. NOTHING IS ADDED OR SUBTRACTED
AND THERE IS NO STUDYING BUT A PRACTICAL
DEMONSTRATION OF THE TRUTH OF THINGS. AS
GOD HAS RIGHTLY SAID, ANY PERSON WHO ADDS
ANY WORD TO HIS WORD OF PROPHESY WILL HAVE
ALL THE AFFLICTIONS IN THE BIBLE AND WILL
HAVE HIS NAME REMOVED FROM THE BOOK OF
LIFE. HERE IN BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND
STAR NOBODY ADDS AND SUBTRACTS AND THIS IS
WHY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SAID THAT THE
COMFORTER WILL REVEAL TO YOU ALL THE TRUTH.

It is wrong to say that Leader O.O. Obu said this or
that, but say that our Lord Jesus Christ said it. That
is why when people read through our publications,
they would tell you that the Leader has confirmed
that He is not Christ and now what are you talking
about? It is Christ that had said, continues to say
and will say everything forever.
The Passover will be prepared and eaten tonight and
as soon as you eat it, you have taken on yourself the
sins of the world, and you will surrender your lives as
ransom for the salvation of the world as our Lord
Jesus did.
That is why on Wednesday we have the Bible class,
watch and pray till 3 a.m. 6 a.m. on Thursday starts
the fasting depicting the time He was sentenced to
death and later nailed to the cross at 9 am. We have
no other work to do but to unveil the events of that
day to those who were not there. You may have been
there when this event happened and that is why it is
always said that we of the olden times have come
back again.
If you were not there then, how do you come by these
names, pastor, prophet, apostle and evangelist. Many
of you do not know why you are placed in these
positions. It is exactly what happened in the past that
is re-established and a fulfillment of the proclamation
of our Lord Jesus Christ when He said that the
Comforter shall teach you all things, and bring all

things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said
unto you. "And God had set some in the Church, first
Apostles, second Prophets, thirdly Teachers, after
these miracles, then gifts of healing, helpers of
governments, diversities of tongues 1st Corinthians
(12:28) and this is what you are seeing today done in
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, falling in line with
what our Lord Jesus Christ had said when He said
that the
Comforter will open to you all the truth. ALL THAT
YOU HAVE SEEN IS THE REVELATION OF THE GLORY
OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, NOT THE GLORY OF
ANYBODY ELSE. YOU SHOULD NOT LOOK FOR YOUR
PERSONAL GLORIES BUT THAT OF CHRIST. WHAT IS
DONE HERE IN BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND
STAR IS WHAT HAD BEEN DONE, IT IS WHAT WE
HAVE TO DO AND WILL BE DONE FOREVER. It is
sorrowful that many members of the Brotherhood do
not partake of the watch and pray and the feast we
conduct daily but they rather say that God dwells in
their hearts.
HAVE YOU NOT HEARD WHAT HE HAS SAID? HE
SAID WHOEVER DOES DRINK OF MY BLOOD AND
EATS OF MY FLESH WILL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
AGAIN JESUS SAID TO HIS DISCIPLES: IF YOU
WATCH WITH ME FOR AN HOUR AND IF YOU WATCH
AND PRAY YOU WILL NOT ENTER INTO

TEMPTATION. WATCH OUT AND PRAY SO THAT YOU
WILL NOT ENTER INTO TEMPTATION.
Did the disciples not enter into temptation? Yes,
they did because they did not watch and pray. Our
Lord Jesus Christ was arrested at 3 a.m. on
Thursday, this is the reason we observe a vigil night
every Wednesday to watch and pray, until 3 a.m. on
the following day.
From 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. Our Lord Jesus Christ was
tortured, This is exactly how we conduct our system
so that nothing is added nor subtracted. At 9 a.m. He
was nailed on the Cross and at 3 p.m., He shouted
and gave up His Ghost and finally at 6 p.m. His body
was removed by Joseph of Arimathaea. IF YOU TAKE
STOCK OF WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM ON THE CROSS
YOU WILL REALIZE THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
DESERVES TO BE WORSHIPED, HONORED AND
RESPECTED AND WE SHOULD WORSHIP HIM WITH
REVERENCE BY REFRAINING FROM SINS. HERE IN
THE BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND STAR
PEOPLE SAY THAT WE ARE WORSHIPING MAN. WE
WORSHIP GOD, WE HONOR GOD.
IF YOU SAY YOU ARE A BROTHERHOOD AND THIS
NIGHT YOU ARE NOT HERE, WHAT BROTHERHOOD
ARE YOU? IF YOU SAY THAT YOU WERE HERE FOR

Some Bethels do not keep watch and pray at all,
while in others they do it and stop at 1 a.m. Is that
watch and pray? Some Bethels do it without feast. Is
that what I teach you? Is that watch and pray? Even
here before me some Pastors, Apostles etc., do not
come to watch and pray. Is that the way you can
reward Christ?
This manner of keeping watch and pray and
observing HOLY THURSDAY will continue forever.

40: And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth
them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye
not watch with me one hour?
41: Watch and pray, that ye enter not into
temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh
is weak.

42: He went away again the second time, and
prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass
away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. 43:
And he came and found them asleep again: for their
eyes were heavy. 44: And he left them, and went
away again, and prayed the third time, saying the
same words. 45: Then cometh he to his disciples,
and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your
rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man
is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
THE THURSDAY FASTING:
The Thursday Fasting is to remember the day Our
Lord Jesus Christ was crucified on the cross. The
Wednesday Watch-and-Pray signifies His arrest,
death and burial. We have got to do this for eternity.
The worldly people say that Brotherhood of the Cross
and Star does not worship Jehovah God and His
Christ. I am asking them, between Brotherhood and
the world, who worships Christ, glorifies Christ, and
honors Christ? A great many of you do not take part
in our fasting here. You do not know what we are
doing. It was at six o'clock in the morning that
Judgment was delivered against our Lord Jesus
Christ and He was condemned; it was at nine o'clock
that He was crucified, He remained on the Cross till
twelve o'clock; at three o'clock He shouted and
surrendered His Spirit unto the Father; and at six
o'clock in the evening He was lowered from the

Cross and taken to the grave. We conduct the Bible
Class every Wednesday under sun or rain; it was
conducted throughout the period of the last civil war.
At 3 a.m. the following Thursday that we end the
watch-and-pray was the time our Lord Jesus Christ
was arrested. Most of you do not care to take part in
watch-and-pray. This is not a good life of a true
Christian. We are doing these things to uplift the
glory of God. The bible class that we conduct and
the last supper that we observe represent exactly
what He did to manifest the glory of God, is the
fulfillment of the scriptures which said that when the
Comforter shall come He will teach you all things
and will show you the glory which belongs to me.
Brethren our Lord Jesus Christ has been revealed. A
great many of you do not take part in the watch-and-
pray and the last supper, that is the feast which is
conducted on Wednesday. All of you come in here
complaining that you have no wife, you have no
husband, you are sick, you are poor etc. But you
have not observed the watch-and-pray and the
fasting on Thursdays.
From now henceforth, when you go back, observe
the watch-and-pray, stay till three o'clock and take
the last supper, then on Thursdays, you observe the
fasting from six am to six pm; try that for some
weeks and see what will happen to you, see whether
all your problems will not vanish.

What are you? what is your occupation, what is the
kind of height that you have you attained that you
cannot participate in the Watch-and-Pray?
If our Lord Jesus Christ were to die today, would you
not suffer with Him? We have got to give Him the
glory. His glory is greater than everything. This is the
glory that we will have, the glory that belongs to our
Lord Jesus Christ, and you should not add or
subtract anything. If you add anything to it
punishment will be added unto you, and if you
subtract anything, your name will be removed from
the book of life. The angels hail Him and say that He
is worthy of this honor because He died for the
salvation of mankind. We, therefore, have to give
Him the glory.
On the Sunday morning when He rose from the dead
we proclaimed to the whole world, and on the birth
of our Lord Jesus Christ we went out to proclaim to
the entire world. It is not only here but in the entire
world that the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ must
manifest. It is only His glory that must be revealed
now.
It was on a Sunday that God created heaven and
earth, therefore, creation started on Sunday which is
the first day of the week. You have heard that God
used six days to finish all works of creation and
rested on the seventh day. Sabbath is not the first
day of the week but Sunday is. The whole world is

blind, deaf and I have to reveal the glory of God to
the whole world.
BROTHERHOOD DOES NOT WORSHIP DAYS AND
MONTHS.
In the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star we do not
worship anything but God. We do not worship days,
months, hours, time but we practice the word of God.
Many of you do not understand yourselves, you do
not know who and what you are; you do not even
know what to do. We are saved by grace. Being
saved by grace means that we are living by the word
of God. Your problem is that you observe the
instructions of man. The instructions of man is the
law, though you keep the law you cannot keep it to
the letter and that is why it is said woe unto him who
does not observe the law to its entirety. I want to
show you what Brotherhood stands for, what
Brotherhood is, what Brotherhood honors and
worships, and also what is our salvation.
THE FATHER HAS CALLED YOU TO REMOLD YOU
WITH HIS WORD. John1:1—5
"In the beginning was the word, and the word was
with God, and the word was God. He was in the
beginning with God; all things were made through
Him, and without Him was not anything made that
was made. In him was life, and the life was the light
of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the
darkness has not overcome it."

You were invited to the Pentecostal Assembly to be
transformed through the word of God. Brotherhood of
the Cross and Star as you were earlier told is love.
Strive hard to love one another and forget about the
pattern of our nomenclature, it is as reflected below:
Ordained, Students, Christ's Servants, Choristers and
the Congregation, you are all one flock under one
shepherd. Do not allow the system of nomenclature
start to confuse you.
Many of you failed to participate in the Pentecostal
from the first day but you come for the last blessing.
DO YOU THINK THAT YOU WILL BE BLESSED WITH
WATER? IT IS WITH THE VERY WORDS WHICH YOU
HAVE REFUSED TO RECEIVE. I HAVE SAID SO MUCH
ABOUT THE HOLY OIL BUT YOU INSIST ON HAVING
IT, INSTEAD OF RECEIVING THE WORD OF GOD. DO
NOT FORGET THAT IT IS WITH THE WORD THAT I
MAKE THE HOLY OIL. You are also very much after
the Biakpan water, no matter how slippery the road
is, you like to rush to Biakpan to have the water,
forgetting that it is with THE WORD that I made the
water. You will even refuse to give the water to your
intimate friends. Christ made it clear to us that the
flesh does not give us anything. THE WORD OF GOD
WHICH IS GIVEN TO YOU IS LIFE, POWER, WEALTH,
FOOD AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED.
THE WORD OF GOD WILL BE THE JUDGE
I do not judge anybody but the word that Christ has

spoken will judge him. DO YOU NOT SEE HOW THE
WHOLE OF MANKIND IS SUFFERING BY REFUSING
TO ACCEPT THE WORDS OF OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST? REDIRECT YOUR MINDS AND WAYS TO THE
FIRST LOVE THAT YOU HAD FOR OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST, WHO BEING A JEALOUS GOD, HE TELLS
YOU NOT TO HAVE ANY OTHER GODS BEFORE HIM
OR EVEN BOW DOWN TO WORSHIP THEM. HE TELLS
YOU TO WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH,
BECAUSE HE IS THE ALMIGHTY GOD. HE DOES NOT
KNOW SEGREGATION, INTRIGUE OR DECEIT.
As you are being sent home now, go and invite the
whole world, go into the villages, and into the
churches, and get them united, tell the government
to be united and remain in love. THIS IS THE REIGN
OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. Do not be annoyed,
and do not quarrel with any person. Do not bear
malice against any person. Whoever bears grudges
against any person should reconcile and make peace
with such a person. IN ALL YOUR UNDERTAKINGS
LET THE WORD OF GOD BE YOUR GUIDE AND LIGHT.
YOU DO NOT NEED THE SUN AND MOON AND
STARS, WE ARE LIVING BY THE WORD OF GOD, GOD
ALONE CAN OVERCOME ALL PROBLEMS.
Do not be deceived by any person that this and that
type of illness cannot be healed by God, or that this
and that problem cannot be overcome by God
because what God does not do, no person can do it,

what God does not take away, no person can take it
away. Whatever ailment, whatever sickness,
whatever trouble that you have, do not take herbs,
roots, leaves, or medicine, even when it is directed
by an angel. God is the only healer, bow down and
worship Him. If you have any illness and someone
comes and tell you that, that sickness is from man
rejoice because it will soon be over, but if someone
tells you that the cause is from God, prostrate before
God and ask Him to forgive you. Any person who tells
you that your ailment or tribulation is from man, juju,
and witchcraft or from the world, is the messenger of
Satan and a deceiver. All the problems that you
have, all the sicknesses and all the afflictions that
beset you is because you do not submit yourself to
God and you do not listen to the word of God and
practice same.
If someone offends his brother, and afterwards he
goes to his brother and asks for, forgiveness, what is
your problem? Every wrongdoing we commit, we
commit against God, and if we go to God for
forgiveness and He accepts us back, why should
other people bother themselves. If God wants you to
suffer and perish, He will harden your heart, deafen
your ears, and close your eyes to reasoning, and you
would not run to God for forgiveness. In that case He
wants you to suffer. Before you find yourself in such
a position it means you have deliberately committed

atrocities without a conscience. Brethren, this era is
not the era of human beings, it is the era of Jehovah
God and His Christ, therefore, you cannot say that
your brother is a Pastor, Bishop, an Evangelist, a
Leader and therefore he will help you. This is the era
of the Holy Spirit. Go into the world and impart this
message unto them, if you or anybody wants to
adhere to the instructions and advice given you, he
can do so in order to be saved. Many of you are
afraid to preach this truth. Your friends who are
lawyers, permanent secretaries, heads of
institutions, are starved of the gospel, and
consequently they incur punishment for their
wrongdoings. Since they are made to suffer because
you refuse to teach them, you are not free either.
The kingdom of God is not for you and me alone, it is
not only for Nigerians, it is for the whole world. Go ye
therefore, and inform the adulterers, fornicators,
idolaters, thieves, murderers, and all sinners to
refrain from sin in order that they may be saved. If
you watch closely, you would realize that things
have changed in the Government. In the past if you
commit any crime in the government you will be
mildly reprimanded, but now any crime you commit
in the government you are greatly punished because
this is the reign of Jehovah God and His Christ.

THE ORDINATION OF AFRICANS AS REVEREND FATHERS
AND SISTERS, BISHOPS

FORTUNATE TO STUMBLE ON THE PERSON, AND WHISK
SUCH A PERSON ABROAD.
REJECTED STONE HAS NOW BECOME THE CORNER STONE.
SECOND LESSON: ROMANS 11:11-12
If grace would be derived from your offence, do you not think
righteousness would bring abundant grace? If you come to
the realization of the fact that there is nothing evil, then you
would cease to disturb your mind. If offence can afford to
bring about grace, it stands to reason therefore that
righteousness would bring even more grace. Hitherto, God
was known as the God of Abraham, of Jacob and of Isaac,
the God of Israel. He was never known as God of Africa. If
these people did not offend, would he have ever been the
God of all, even that of Africa?

The only place where God was worshiped was in Jerusalem.
All other nations at that time went there to worship God. If
that trend had continued, would people from this part of the
world have the means of going to Jerusalem to worship
God? How much more the handling of the Bible, let alone its
transcription, which was a big offence, worthy of death. The
Israelites and the Jews regulated, with the intention to
obstruct the preaching of the gospel and the propagation of
the name of Christ. Now you are blaming them that they
disobeyed God and refused to practice the gospel, have you
practiced it yourself? If they had accepted God and obeyed
him, Christianity would not have slipped off their hands and
domains.
When later the Romans invaded Israel as a people, a good
number of them were killed leaving only ninety thousand
(90,000) Israelites who fled to different parts of the world.
This marked the reign of the Roman empire and it brought
war against the use of the Bible. The origin of the Romans is
traceable to the Gentiles who saw other inhabitants as half
cast. The big question now is, if the people had not rejected
our Lord Jesus Christ and got him killed, would the
scriptures come to Africa?
CATHOLICISM AS A RELIGION IN ROME STOOD AGAINST
CHRISTIANITY AND MADE SURE IT BLOCKED FURTHER
PRINTING AND CIRCULATION OF THE BIBLE. If the Romans
had practiced the gospel as preached by Christ, would there

have been any revolution and split in the Catholic church?
Which brought about protestant religion. The Romans
regarded Christians as infidels. It is only recently that the
Pope visited Jerusalem.
The uprising in Catholicism was initiated by Martin Luther he
went to Rome to study Theology. In Rome, he was taught
rather irrelevant doctrines and practices which were
incompatible with Christ’s teachings. Martin Luther made
this discovery when he traveled into the hinterlands where
he met some of the disciples of Christ. He found them
practicing oneness and co-existing and preaching the gospel
of love one another.
What he saw and heard was contrary to what he was taught
in Rome which was purported to have been the doctrine of
Christ. On Luther’s return therefore, he formed a
questionnaire of ninety-nine questions. He presented to the
Catholic council for answers. Their failure to provide
relevant and satisfactory answers brought about a protest
which led to protestant movement which split from the
Catholic church. That also led to further spreading of
Christianity abroad. The question is, if the Romans had
practiced true Christianity, what would have caused a split
in the Catholic faith?
It may interest you to know that there is great tribalism and
discrimination in the Catholic faith. It is only recently that a
non-indigene of Italy was allowed to occupy the papal seat.

It had always been an Italian affair. THIS IS WHY THE ONLY
AFRICAN AND ELDEST CARDINAL, DOMINIC EKANEM,
CANNOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE QUALIFIED AS A POPE;
YET HE IS THE LONGEST SERVING AND MOST
EXPERIENCED CARDINAL.
If all the discrimination and cheating had not taken place,
there would not have been a demand for any right. It could,
therefore, be concluded that all these things are the
handiworks of God, so that the gospel may go to all parts of
the world. And God did this through the introduction of the
holy war.
THE ORDINATION OF AFRICANS AS REVEREND FATHERS

HAPPEN SO EASILY. ABOUT TWO THOUSAND (2,000) YEARS
AGO, CHRISTIAN RELIGION HAD NOT ARRIVED IN AFRICA.
BUT IN 1917 THREE NUNS IN ROME HAD A VISION WHERE
IT WAS REVEALED HOW THE HOLY SPIRIT DESCENDED IN
AFRICA. IN THEIR BID TO LOCATE THE PARTICULAR
PERSON, THE CATHOLIC AND OTHER DENOMINATIONS
STARTED ORDAINING AFRICANS, IN CASE THEY WOULD BE
FORTUNATE TO STUMBLE ON THE PERSON, AND WHISK

All the churches that came to Africa, from Europe, each had
the mission to quietly search for the Holy Spirit.
If the Europeans had practiced the teachings of our Lord
Jesus Christ, would Christian religion have spread to Africa?

However, it is not their fault that they cannot practice the
gospel. You may recall that even the garment of our Lord
Jesus Christ was divided into four parts and shared amongst
four persons. THE DIVISION OF THE GARMENT SIGNIFIES
THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE WORLD WHICH THE GOSPEL
MUST BE DISSEMINATED TO. THE TASK OF DISSEMINATING
THE GOSPEL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE WORLD WAS NOT
MEANT TO BE A EASY ONE. THE SOLDIERS OF THIS WORK
HAD TO BE PERSECUTED, TORTURED AND KILLED. SINCE
ALL THESE PERSECUTIONS WERE THE CONSEQUENCES OF
FURTHERING THE SPREAD OF THE GOSPEL, THERE WAS
NOTHING WRONG; IT WAS A WORTHY SACRIFICE. ALL
THESE TRIBULATIONS WORK TO PROMOTE GOD’S GLORY.
If all the whites and blacks were able to practice the gospel,
what would the Holy Spirit come to do? In fact, there would
have been no need for the Holy Spirit to have come.
Therefore, the state of things in the world should not be
blamed on anyone. Things happen the way they do for the
salvation of mankind and the unification of the world. In
spite of the fact that the Holy Spirit is now on earth, it is a
surprising thing to realize that there is none that has
practiced the word of God. Therefore, the harden
underdeveloped state of Africa is not of any man’s making.
IF SOMEBODY SHOULD BE TOLD THAT AFRICA, SHALL
RULE THE WORLD, THE PERSON WOULD NOT BELIEVE. THE
DISBELIEF WOULD STEM FROM THE FACT THAT AFRICA, IS

CURRENTLY LACKING IN, OR IS UNABLE TO DEVELOP THE
RESOURCES NECESSARY TO FULFILL SUCH A PROPHECY.
BUT HAS IT NOT BEEN WRITTEN THAT ETHIOPIA, SHALL
RISE? THE BLACKS HAVE, FOR LONG, BEEN SUFFERING IN
THE HANDS OF THE WHITES. TO THE WHITES, THE BLACKS
ARE SUB-HUMANS. NOTE THAT, THE AFRICANS OF
TOMORROW WILL NOT ONLY SURPRISE THE WORLD, BUT
WILL RULE THE WORLD. EVEN AS THE HEAVEN IS HIGHER
THAN THE EARTH, SO ALSO IS GOD’S WISDOM GREATER
THAN MAN’S. IF THE HOLY SPIRIT HAD COME EARLIER
THAN NOW, WHERE WOULD THE BLACKS BE? THE WHITES
HAVE, ALL ALONG, BEEN SEARCHING AND YEARNING FOR
THE HOLY SPIRIT, BUT THEY NEVER HAD HIM. IF GOD HAD
GIVEN THEM THE SLIGHTEST OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE
HOLY SPIRIT, AFRICA WOULD HAVE LOST OUT
COMPLETELY.
The things that we toy with, the power to heal, to dream and
to prophesy are hotly sought by the whites. It is God that
abased the whites and exalted the blacks for now. Has he
not said he exalted Pharaoh that he may use him to fulfill his
will? Therefore, there is still hope for the blacks. Stop
complaining of the hard times, but praise God for his
unceasing goodness.
