I get to see the look on our prospects’ faces when they see our solutions for the first time. Normally it is followed by a “cool” or “awesome” or something I cannot write. We instill a sense of cool to a process that is decidedly uncool.
It’s refreshing and very motivating when a company takes notice of the employees and works hard to create a win-win relationship!
I love the work environment, the camaraderie, the community (SGB), the flexibility and being a part of something larger. I learn something new every day and that keeps me sharp and keeps me challenged!
