A word of warning though: we will ruin you for other

Once you’ve gone Chemistry, you’ll wonder why every business
doesn’t have a nutritionist providing lunch every day, you’ll
scratch your head about how a suit and tie relate to performance
in any way, and you’ll question how you ever got through the
day without 90’s hip-hop blaring in the background.
Don’t worry, if it gets too much you can always take a
meditation break.
We also spend a lot of time together. Maybe too much…Whether
that’s Friday drinks, the annual trip to Royal Ascot, or even the
odd company ski trip, you’ll be seeing an awful lot of us if you
join Chemistry.
Great Clients
We may still have all the buzz of a start-up but our client roster
includes huge companies like Vodafone, Experian, Lloyds,
Primark, SAP, and Diageo. And we’ve worked with those guys
in every unfrozen continent on the planet, so if you’re looking
for experience working with some big names we’re the place
for you.
 
But we don’t just work with big corporates. We believe everyone

work with Help for Heroes to help wounded veterans, it’s why
we help Reading FC’s academy find future premier league stars,
and it’s why we help the NHS find the staff who can deliver
great care to patients.

There’ll be times when you’ll have to work long hours and
projects where you might tear the odd hair out but, at the end of

Marketing at Chemistry
It’s a hugely exciting time to join marketing at Chemistry: we’re
in the process of transforming our brand and creating a lead
generation strategy that’s going to take over the world. I can’t
say too much here about what that means but there are some
hugely exciting projects coming up that are aimed at nothing
less than making every working person in the world know and
love Chemistry.
 
If you’re worried about going ‘client-side’, don’t be. If you’re
picturing what it might be like to work at KPMG right now,
you’re a million miles away from what it’s like to work here. I
guarantee you get all the great cultural stuff you’d get in an
agency here, plus our client list is insane and you’ll get to work
with all of them.
Who we need
Our marketing strategy is all about creating great content. But
it’s no good just having great content, we have to make sure we
get the right content in front of the right people. That, in a
nutshell, is what this role’s all about.
 
We also want to be the first consultancy to really exist for the
people in the businesses we work with, not just the businesses
themselves. In fact, we want to be known and loved by all
working people everywhere, so a big part of the job is about
creating and energising a user community.
 
You’ll need to be extremely social media savvy, organised,
totally digital, and really pro-active. We’re also looking for
someone who can get their head around our point of view and
tone of voice, so they can push that out to the world.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing our content
calendar, in tandem with our content agency, and planning all
our broadcast social content. We also need someone to champion
internal engagement with our content and encourage our own
employees to share it.
 
You’ll be responsible for creating a community around
Chemistry, which means identifying key influencers and
engaging with them where they’re active and building an
audience of people who’ll look to us for the inside track on how
to progress their careers.
•  Create a content calendar for social channels
•  Engage key influencers
•  Build and interact with a user community
•  Create social campaigns designed to inspire, engage, and
educate our followers.

internal experts, improve your own skills, and even learn about
things like mindfulness and nutrition so that you can be at your
best every day.
 
We also use quarterly OKRs to make sure your development is
constantly on-going and in tune with the needs of the business.
If you need to do something to progress and do your job better,
we’ll make sure it happens.
 
And we’d always rather develop and promote our own people
than hire from outside. If you make it through the door, we’ll
make sure you have every opportunity to get where you want to
go – all you have to do is take it!

Ask anyone that works here.   A word of warning though: we will ruin you for other companies.   Once you’ve gone Chemistry, you’ll wonder why every business doesn’t have a nutritionist providing lunch every day, you’ll scratch your head about how a suit and tie relate to performance in any way, and you’ll question how you ever got through the day without 90’s hip-hop blaring in the background. Don’t worry, if it gets too much you can always take a meditation break. We also spend a lot of time together. Maybe too much…Whether that’s Friday drinks, the annual trip to Royal Ascot, or even the odd company ski trip, you’ll be seeing an awful lot of us if you join Chemistry.

And we’ve worked with those guys in every unfrozen continent on the planet, so if you’re looking for experience working with some big names we’re the place for you.   But we don’t just work with big corporates. Marketing at Chemistry It’s a hugely exciting time to join marketing at Chemistry: we’re in the process of transforming our brand and creating a lead generation strategy that’s going to take over the world. I can’t say too much here about what that means but there are some hugely exciting projects coming up that are aimed at nothing less than making every working person in the world know and love Chemistry.   If you’re worried about going ‘client-side’, don’t be. If you’re picturing what it might be like to work at KPMG right now, you’re a million miles away from what it’s like to work here. I guarantee you get all the great cultural stuff you’d get in an agency here, plus our client list is insane and you’ll get to work with all of them.
  • 7. Who we need Our marketing strategy is all about creating great content. But it’s no good just having great content, we have to make sure we get the right content in front of the right people. That, in a nutshell, is what this role’s all about.   We also want to be the first consultancy to really exist for the people in the businesses we work with, not just the businesses themselves. In fact, we want to be known and loved by all working people everywhere, so a big part of the job is about creating and energising a user community.   You’ll need to be extremely social media savvy, organised, totally digital, and really pro-active. We’re also looking for someone who can get their head around our point of view and tone of voice, so they can push that out to the world.
  • 8. What you’ll do You’ll be responsible for creating and managing our content calendar, in tandem with our content agency, and planning all our broadcast social content. We also need someone to champion internal engagement with our content and encourage our own employees to share it.   You’ll be responsible for creating a community around Chemistry, which means identifying key influencers and engaging with them where they’re active and building an audience of people who’ll look to us for the inside track on how to progress their careers. •  Create a content calendar for social channels •  Engage key influencers •  Build and interact with a user community •  Create social campaigns designed to inspire, engage, and educate our followers.

We call this, shockingly… ‘Opportunities to be Brilliant’.   You’ll get to hear from great industry speakers, learn from internal experts, improve your own skills, and even learn about things like mindfulness and nutrition so that you can be at your best every day.   We also use quarterly OKRs to make sure your development is constantly on-going and in tune with the needs of the business. If you need to do something to progress and do your job better, we’ll make sure it happens.   And we’d always rather develop and promote our own people than hire from outside.
