2. Sleep?
• Scientists have studied sleep for years. They
don’t really know why we need sleep yet.
However they know it helps our bodies and
it’s a necessary task.

do that replenishes our
bodies.

5. How much sleep should we get???
• Scientists have studied and recommended at
least seven hours of sleep. There are a lot
people that don’t get seven hours of sleep.
Sleep is necessary to function.

All humans dream. I doesn't matter if
you remember or not. Most people
have over 100 dreams per night.
Dreams only last a couple seconds.

• No one really knows what dreams are.
Scientists have studied dreams They cant say
why we dream. Or a reason.
13. Sleep is good!!!
• Sleep is a good thing. If we didn’t need sleep
we wouldn’t sleep. It is best for us teens to get
as much sleep as possible. We are all still
growing and it is only healthy for us to
replenish our bodies.
