This document outlines the weekly home learning plan for physical education (PE) classes at Hermosa National High School – Annex. It includes 3 learning areas for Grade 11 PE and 2 learning areas for Grade 12 PE. Each learning area focuses on a different PE learning competency and includes learning tasks, mode of delivery, and submission instructions. The tasks are to be completed personally and submitted by parents, guardians or housemates aged 18 and older by dropping them into a designated box at the school.
