  • #4 Meetings began with the discussion of data, action plans and standards. One big ahh that came out of this process was that a common language among the staff developed, and everyone gained a deeper understanding of what our students should know and understand about instruction.
  • #5 Each shareholder is essential in our school’s improvement and growth. Each team meets at a scheduled time to discuss and create instructional strategies, analyze data, and provide job embedded professional development that will impact instruction and raise student achievement .
  • #6 We began seeing growth in student achievement and school culture when these practices were implemented.Lessons are more focusedTeachers and students develop a common language for learning
  • #7 Evidence of how you are creating and monitoring an internal accountability system using SMARTE Goals and data to strengthen student achievement.
