Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

TREATMENT
Working Title: “White`s Not My Colour This Evening”
Genre: Music Video
Duration: 3 minutes
Key aims: To give a visual representation of the pain that Emma is going through and
showing how she develops throughout the day, how she is handling the pain and agony
she is going through. We will show it through close up shots of her face to make the
scenes appear more personal and private to Emma, as if the audience is the only ones
connecting with her. We will also show the lack of interest from her other friends,
emphasising yet that this is a struggle that only Emma seems effected by. By giving
Emma three locations; her bedroom, bathroom and where she is hanging out with her
friends, we are letting the audience inn on her private time, making us sympathise more
with her self-loathing. Our story deals with friendship as well. Ben, her male friend is
noticing that she is not feeling too well, and takes action in trying to make Emma feel a
bit better, the only way he knows how.
Key messages: Most girls have to deal with some uncomfortable stages during their
period, but they work through it anyway. If you see that your friend is in pain, but you are
unsure why – do what you can to be supportive without pointing it out. A girl can be very
sensitive during this time. Some people tend to blame a girls attitude on their period, but
that statement does not remove the pain. If you notice that your friend is in pain, do not
point it out and make a big deal of it. Not everyone is comfortable to tell people that they
are in pain because of their periods. Small acts of kindness can go a long way.
Audience: Our audience is particularly intended for girls, age 18-23 who live in Europe,
US who have a common understanding of the emotional drawbacks a girl might go
through on her time of the month.
Style: Influences and inspirations are as follows; Placebo “Meds” Music Video

“White`s Not My Color This Evening”
Lyrics
White's not my color this evening
I'll break down your door, then i'll push you on the floor
I don't wanna be seen
I don't wanna be heard
I feel like a turd
Why are you looking at her?
Whens this going to go away?
I have all these crazy pains
When's this shitty party going to dissipate?
I am irate
Whites not my color this evening
I might act super tough, but its really not enough
I'll kick straight through your wall
Then i'll blame it on them all This
is a nonsense call
I can still have a ball Whens
this going to go away? I have
all these crazy pains
Whens this shitty party going to dissipate?
I am irate

(She gets up and goes to the mirror in front in the wall)
She looks at herself and tries to maintain the posture. Then Emma turns to the

due to all the pain and emotional place in which she is in that moment. Emma is
next to Ben, one of the friends, they change some glances between each other, but
for Emma it wasn't on purpose, she cannot focus enough to notice that.
She looks at her friends, and she feels like she doesn't belong there. Emma is
feeling so sick and in pain, so she decides to go to the toilet.
(Emma goes for the toilet )

Synopsis:
Emma is trying to go about her day, but is highly distracted by the pains of her period. She
tries her best to conceal her pain, but her friend Ben notices that she is acting strange. When
Emma returns to her friends after taking some Paracetamol in the toilet, Ben has brought
some sweets and chocolates to lighten up the mood. They share the sweets and Emma
feels a bit better. She returns home and looks at her calendar. It tells her when her next
period will start, but she does not seem upset anymore because she knows that she has
support from her friends.
Narrative:
“White’s Not My Colour This Evening” by Cherry Glazerr is a song about a girl that goes
through the uncomfortable and painful process of her period. The story portrays Emma who
is trying to stay composed as she is going about her day, fighting with her period.
Emma wakes up and is feeling miserable. She walks over to her calendar. Marked with a red
dot is the sign that today is her last day on her period. She walks into her bathroom and
turns on the sink to wash her hands. She associates the dripping water with her period and
turns it off. She looks at herself in the mirror and sighs. She returns to her room and tries to
get dressed. She picks up some bright clothes, but gets upset, knowing that she does not
want to risk being exposed. She settles for a black outfit.
Emma leaves her house where her friends are already waiting for her. They go to the place
where they usually hang out behind the school. Emma is trying to have fun and laugh with
her friends, but she is feeling uncomfortable as the pains in her stomach and back are
returning. The pain is unbearable, and she starts getting sweaty, and more and more sick in
the stomach. Ben, one of the friends, slowly starts noticing that something is wrong with her.
Emma leaves the group for a while, and goes to the toilet.
In the toilet, Emma looks in the mirror, sweat coming down her face. She is clenching her
stomach and bending over as the pain is getting worse. She opens her bag and takes out
some Paraccetamol painkiller and swallows them quickly. She takes a deep breath, waiting
for the moment when the pills will kick inn.
Ben starts getting worried about Emma. He understands that she might be having a bad day
and without being able to know how to help, he gets an idea. Ben talks to the group of
friends and tells them that he will be back soon.
After the pain has settled, Emma returns to the group of friends. She notices that Ben is not
there. Her friends are asking if she is alright and she nods and smiles. Ben returns again to
the group with a bag of sweets and hands them out to the friends. He takes one bag of
cookies and hands them directly to Emma, giving her a smile. They look at each other with
respect and understanding and they start laughing.
