19. The course consists of 4 Units.

20. Unit 1 – Theory of Manual Handling

biomechanics

22. Unit 3 – Efficient movement principles in practice

23. Unit 4 – Teaching and training skills to deliver
manual handling

24. Units 1 & 2 are completed by self-direct study in
your workplace.

25. Units 3 & 4 are delivered over 2 days by a qualified
trainer.
