What is Civil Engineering?
Civil engineering involves designing and building infrastructure like roads, bridges, airports, buildings, water systems, and power lines. It uses drawing and design as well as construction. Some important things for civil engineers to learn include math, science, and STEM subjects which will prepare them for college programs in engineering. Civil engineering is how society's most basic needs are met through our built environment.
