The employees at a company saw a notice that the person hindering their growth had passed away and to attend the funeral. When they arrived, they were curious to see who was holding them back. However, when they looked in the coffin, they saw their own reflections in a mirror inside - realizing that the greatest hindrance to their growth was themselves.

What hinders growth

- 6. The general thought was: “Who was this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!”
- 7. The officials opened the coffin amidst the suspense that was prevailing in the room. Everyone peeped into the coffin….
