2. What type of food should our citizens eat to stay healthy
We think that our citizens should have a mediterranean diet:
Mostly cereals, fruit, vegetables, olive oil
A little of red meats and fats
Some fish and white meats, eggs, legumes, dairy products, red wine and
sweets.
3. Nutrition
In our island, we propose different foods to the nutrition of our organism, for
example:
Crops: Animals:
- Artichoke - Chicken
- Strawberries - Kobe
- Cherries - Rabbit
- Broccoli - Turkey
4. About sports
First of all, we should promote every sport, by football to climbing,
establishing a Sports Day on the 31th May.
Then we should promote how to keep fit and how to train. We should
build gyms, bike lanes, public pools and athletics tracks.
