This document advertises a log home vacation rental called "The Wolf Den" located in the mountains of northern Georgia. It is a cozy getaway an hour from Atlanta with a large open floor plan, multiple decks for viewing nature, a hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and amenities like pools, tennis courts, and hiking trails. It can sleep up to 8 people and is available to rent from $100-125 per night.

2. This beautiful log home is only 1 hour north of Atlanta in the mountains of north Georgia! As you step inside this cozy getaway, you will instantly feel relaxed! All tongue and groove pine interior adds character! Large open first floor plan great for gatherings. Flat screen TV (for movie viewing only) & DVD with surround sound inside & outside! Deck on three sides on the first level allows you to view nature up close & personal, enjoy friends & family or just relax in quiet with only the sounds of nearby wildlife! Gas grill & firepit, too!

3. The 6-8 person hot tub provides you the opportunity to watch the stars from the deck! Wander on out to the upper deck for relaxing on the porch swing or rockers. You can see the mountains from afar! Keep your eyes open for wildlife such as deer or turkey!

4. Fully stocked kitchen includes all the comforts of home. Granite counters, maple cabinets and full-sized appliances for the cook of the house! Island with barstools! 2 tables add plenty of space for eating and leaving that puzzle out ‘til it is complete!

5. Stacked stone wood burning fireplace adds warmth for those cool evenings or mornings in the mountains. Leather sleeper sofa for additional 2 persons. Lots of windows so you won't miss any of nature! And for your convenience, we have a telephone land line and wireless internet.

6. You can actually watch the sunrise without even leaving the warmth of your Master bed! Open the windows to inhale the fresh mountain air. The second bedroom offers plenty of room for rest & relaxation! Each room has a queen bed. A spacious full bath has a large window where you feel like you are in a tree house! Sit on the window seat and spot the wildlife. Large corner jetted tub plus shower. Full sized washer & dryer, too.

Amenities include: 2 pools Tennis courts Basketball goal Firepit for larger gatherings Playground Walking paths River for fishing, swimming or floating Hiking trails Community Building has ping pong, squeaky clean bathrooms & showers, wireless internet, laundry facilities and a full size refrigerator & microwave for your convenience while at the pool. The Wolf Den!! is located in the Talking Rock Creek Resort – a gated community of approx. 5000 acres!

8. Tiny Talking Rock Chapel is on the property for Sunday morning church services. Bring your boat! Picturesque C arters Lake is adjacent to the Resort! And beautiful Ellijay and Jasper are a short drive for shopping and dining delights. Don’t forget your fishing pole and fly fishing gear!

11. DEPOSITS - A one-time cleaning fee of $75.00 is due at time of reservation. In addition, a damage/reservation deposit of $250.00 is required. Therefore, $325.00 must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage/cleaning deposit upon arrival. Neither deposit is applied toward rent; however, the damage/reservation deposit of $250.00 is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the “Terms and Conditions of Rental” are met. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required within 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments via Pay Pal or bank money order or personal check payable to Teresa Wolf. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. . CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via Pay Pal. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Until confirmed, rates/terms are subject to change without notice. Policies
