This document provides information about the shoes worn by citizens in the utopian society of Weitopia. Each shoe contains symbols that represent important details about the individual, including their family unit, occupation, education level, health status, birth year, identification number, and any extras. Citizens must have their shoe updated to reflect any changes in these areas. The shoe is an important part of Weitopian culture and tells others almost everything about a person at first glance. An example shoe is provided at the end to demonstrate how all the different symbols come together to represent an individual's identity and background.

1. WeitopianShoeDesign A guidebook created by the leaders of Weitopia to inform the people who are either joining Weitopia, receiving their first shoe, or looking to edit their current Weitopian Shoe.

2. Purpose of Your ShoeIn the Utopia In Weitopia, your shoe is one of the most important items you possess. You must take great care of your shoe. Your shoe will tell almost everything there is to know about you. Categories that must be represented on the shoe: Family Unit Occupation Education Health Birth Year Identification *Extras *All extras will cost #15 ( 15 Weitopia Dollars) for pattern/patch, and an extra #5 for it to be put on the shoe by a Weitopian specialist

3. Family Unit Your unit symbol will be put on the back and tongue of your shoe. There is a different symbol (for your shoe) for each unit. Everyone in Weitopia is born into a family unit, and there are 10 in our Utopia. Family Unit Symbols

4. Occupation Your occupation is one of the most important parts in Weitopia. Everyone has a job, which is what keeps our Utopia going. Your occupation is given to you when you reach the age of 13. Those under the age of 13 and getting an education in a certain occupation will receive the same symbol as the occupation, but a smaller symbol within that which shows they are in training. There are numerous jobs in Weitopia, included are some of the symbols:

5. Education Everyone in Weitopia will have the general Utopia education by the age of 13. If one wishes to receive a better job in the Utopia, they may go to extra schooling till the age of 18*. There are 6 general levels of education, and up to 4 advanced levels. There are 10 stripes total on both shoes. The first stripe on the right shoe colored in gold represents the first level of education. The first stripe on the left shoe colored in gold represents the second level of education. The 2nd stripe on the right shoe is the 3rd level, the 2nd stripe on the left shoe is the 4th level and so on. The highest education possible is if all the stripes are colored in gold. (If unsure of that description, view example shoe starting on page 11) *Those receiving advanced education will work a job during the day and participate in schooling in the evening, as we need to keep Weitopia running.

6. Health A green cross will be supplied to one’s shoe when they have maintained Utopian health. As a sickness such as a cold comes along, the cross will change colors to show the sickness.

7. Birth Year There are 6 birth year colors. The heel cushion tubes are colored according to birth year. After the 6th birth year, the cycle resets. The cycle goes as follows: Year 1- Red Year 2- Dark Blue Year 3- Orange Year 4- Green Year 5- Gold Year 6- Light Blue

8. Identification Everyone in Weitopia has an identification number (ID), similar to a driver’s license in other places. Your ID is very important as it is used in many different things. Your ID will be on the back and sides of your shoe. If the Identification number has a black background, you will know that this person has committed a crime before. If the writing is in red, they have committed more than one crime. ID# 74320120

9. Extras Extras in Weitopia can vary, but you must get approval by the WSDA (Weitopian Shoe Design Association) before a symbol can be made for your shoe. (Most extras tend to be for the leaders of the Utopia.) Here are some extra categories: Government Status WSDA Member Elders (Oldest and most respected in the Utopia) Shoe laces can be changed to favorite color More and more categories are approved every year. If one wishes to create a new category, they may submit the design symbol and idea to the WSDA for approval.
