6. What to Expect Over the Next 90 Days
What to do while waiting for your product
Before your product arrives, keep a journal of all the foods you eat along with recording
all of the liquids you drink. This step is crucial for finding ways to stay on the program
that suit your own eating habits.
Please record your physical activity as well. This means walking, exercise classes or
anything that gets your body moving. There will be more information on getting moving
later in the program.

Please check your packing list to make sure you have received everything you have
ordered.
Call the person that is working with you to let them know you have your package.
Prepare yourself for the day you are to start the program. Discussions around the first
week on the program will be held at next week’s presentation.

having an accountability partner.
