We are currently looking for a WebSphere Process Server Consultant for one of our Information Technology
clients in Nashville, TN.

Our Client is seeking and experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years WebSphere Process Server
development and support experience. The person chosen for this role will be working directly with our client to
support the day to day WPS environment directly and through assistance of a remote delivery team. The ideal
candidate will have deep knowledge of the WebSphere Process Server as a developer and designer using the
WebSphere suite, experience analyzing and designing WebSphere solutions and a proven background for
delivering outstanding support of WebSphere solutions for key business functions within an enterprise. The
person chosen will have excellent communications skills (written and verbal), proven client facing/management
skills and leadership experience to direct the activities of the remote workforce assisting with the support of the
environment.
Required skills for the position includes: Experience as a lead developer and designer using the WebSphere suite
(5 yrs) Experience analyzing and designing solutions for WebSphere solutions (3 yrs min) Experience identifying
business processes and creating IT solutions that deliver those functions in WebSphere (3 yrs) Strong
communication skills (written and verbal) and demonstrated experience using those skills to convey innovative
solutions to IT and business management JAVA development (5 yrs)Additional Skills sought include:
Certification in WebSphere Process Server Certification in WebSphere Application Server Experience in
architecture and design of WebSphere process server Experience on WebSphere Integration Developer (WID)
Tool to develop WPS components Familiar with Mediations, State machines and WebSphere Adapters (SAP,
JDBC, File) Expertise in design, development & configuration of applications leveraging.
