Hotel Check-In
In the first lesson, students will be introduced to the topics and the Webquest page. The firts task will be
completed as follows:

2. Finally, students will roleplay a check-in using provided personal and hotel information.
LESSON 2
Economic Terms
Student A will watch (and take notes of) the first half of the video, Student B will deal with the second half.
Student A will explain his vocab items to Student B and viceversa.

3. Finally, students will write a paragraph talking about a company using at least 10 new vocab items.
LESSON 3
Banking and Business Abbreviations
Pair work. Each student will write 12 sentences using abbreviations. Then they will exchange them, and explain
their partner's sentences. If they don't know the meaning, they'll have to go back to the drop-down list. The
student that uses the list the least wins.

Finally, students will have to write a list with all the abbreviations, including both their meanings and a sample
sentence taken from the Internet.
