The Company of Master Mariners of India (CMMI) was founded in 1957 to maintain standards and prestige in the Indian Merchant Marine. CMMI provides a voice for individual shipmasters and expertise to the maritime industry and public. Its objectives are to develop and promote traditions and efficiency in the merchant navy, encourage high professional standards, and provide facilities for discussion and study of maritime matters. CMMI is now also an association member of the International Federation of Ship Masters' Associations.

Pakistan Armed Forces
The Pakistan Armed Forces, Musalah Afwaj-e-Pakistan) are the military forces of Pakistan. They are the seventh largest in the world in terms of active troops. The armed forces comprise three main branches:
the Pakistan Army, the Pakistan Navy (including the Pakistan Marines) and the Pakistan Air Force, together with a number of paramilitary forces.
Following 1962, Pakistan Armed Forces has had close military relations with the People's Republic of China, including development and research cooperation to enhance military system, such as on the JF-17 Thunder, K-8 Karakorum, and others as well. China is the leading supplier of military equipments to Pakistan.
The armed forces were formed in 1947 when Pakistan became independent from the British Empire.
Pakistan Armed Forces are the largest contributors to United Nations peacekeeping efforts, with more than 10,000 personnel deployed in 2007. Other foreign deployments have consisted of Pakistani military personnel as advisers in African and Arab countries.
History
Before 1947, most military officers of the newly formed Pakistan Armed Forces had served in the British Indian Army and fought in both World Wars and the numerous Anglo-Afghan Wars. Several experienced commanders who fought in the British military in World War II joined Pakistan Armed Forces giving it professionalism, experience and leadership. After independence, the military was supposed to have been divided between India and Pakistan with a ratio of 64% going to India and 36% for Pakistan; however, it is estimated that India refused to divide its share of equipment and some analyst suggest that Pakistan inherited a mere 15% of its allocated share.
The Pakistan Armed Forces have also taken over the Pakistani government several times since independence mainly on the pretext of lack of good civilian leadership, whom most Pakistanis regard as corrupt and inefficient. However, according to the political parties removed from power by the army, political instability, lawlessness and corruption are direct consequences of army rule.

The Freight Investigation Bureau was established in 1959 as part of the Directorate General of Shipping to regulate ocean freight rates and ensure adequate shipping space for Indian shippers. The Bureau investigated complaints about high or discriminatory freight rates. It also analyzed changes to rates and their impacts. However, the Bureau was abolished in 1986 as shippers were able to negotiate freight rates on their own during an industry recession. Regulation of freight rates is now left to market forces.

IMEI and Sensea Maritime Academy are jointly creating a "Centre of Excellence" maritime training facility in East India. The facility will provide world-class training to both existing and aspiring seafarers. It aims to become a benchmark in the industry by offering a one-stop solution for all maritime training needs. The partners will construct an 11,000 square foot building housing classrooms, simulators and other infrastructure. Courses will include MEO Class 1, 2 and ratings, along with specialized simulator-based training. The new facility is expected to be operational within 8 months.

People who usually visit our beaches are neither good swimmers nor aware of the danger areas in the water close to shore (knee deep water can sweep an adult towards the sea).
On July 2014 at EID's Day almost 29 people drowned at DHA-Clifton Beach, on the other hand NO Causality was reported on the Hawks bay and Sandpit which is the working area of PALS, After the incident Commissioner Karachi and DHA Administrator requested PALS to start patrolling on DHA-Clifton Beach, which means deployment of another 80 people with proper lifesaving equipment and guard houses for which we need the sponsors.

Mutation Testing for Task-Oriented Chatbots
Conversational agents, or chatbots, are increasingly used to access all sorts of services using natural language. While open-domain chatbots - like ChatGPT - can converse on any topic, task-oriented chatbots - the focus of this paper - are designed for specific tasks, like booking a flight, obtaining customer support, or setting an appointment. Like any other software, task-oriented chatbots need to be properly tested, usually by defining and executing test scenarios (i.e., sequences of user-chatbot interactions). However, there is currently a lack of methods to quantify the completeness and strength of such test scenarios, which can lead to low-quality tests, and hence to buggy chatbots.
To fill this gap, we propose adapting mutation testing (MuT) for task-oriented chatbots. To this end, we introduce a set of mutation operators that emulate faults in chatbot designs, an architecture that enables MuT on chatbots built using heterogeneous technologies, and a practical realisation as an Eclipse plugin. Moreover, we evaluate the applicability, effectiveness and efficiency of our approach on open-source chatbots, with promising results.

- 9. Objectives of CMMI • To provide a central body representative of Senior Officers for the purpose of developing and promoting traditions and efficiency of Merchant Navy. • To encourage and maintain high and honourable standard of ability and professional conduct amongst the officers.
- 10. Objectives of CMMI . • To promote and maintain efficient and friendly co- operation between the Merchant Navy and Indian Navy. • To collect, circulate, publish and distribute statistics & other information relating to Merchant Navy or to Nautical Science.

Objectives of CMMI • To constitute a body of experienced seaman who will able to act as members of, or to give any evidence before any Government of India Commissions, Courts of enquiry, Committees, Boards of any description etc • To provide facilities for discussion and study of matters concerning or affecting the Merchant Navy or sea craft, navigation or nautical science.

Objectives of CMMI • To Provide a central consultative body to advise on all matters connected with safety and preservation of ships, passengers, seaman and cargo. • To print, publish and distribute periodicals, books etc. • To Promote & foster continual professional development by organising lecture meetings & Seminars on topical issues for the Maritime Industry.
