FALCON MARITIME &ALLIED SERVICES, INC. (FMASI) is a corporation duly
registered in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) thus, in 1991 the
company was licensed and authorized by Philippine Overseas Employment
Agency (POEA) to operate as Manning Agency. As part of our passion for
excellence, FMASI is an ISO 9001 certified company, accredited by ABS Quality
Evaluations Group.
Froma humble beginning as a Manning and Recruitment Agency, Falcon Maritime
and Allied Services, Inc. started to impart opportunities to highly qualified
seafarers. Driven by passion to make a difference it established a longstanding
partnership with foreign Principals. FMASI, guided by its vision to be a standard in
the maritime manning industry deploying globally competent Filipino maritime
professionals on board under our Chinese (Hong Kong), Japanese and Korean
principals. It caters to wide-range of vessels from general cargos; tankers; bulk,
reefer, container, and car carriers navigating across the Far East and Global seas.
Today, FMASI has grown beyond crew management. Through hard-work,
dedication and commitment – the Management was able to attain its mission of
expanding and developing the services for our foreign Principals that FMASI are
still maintaining the good partnership until the present time.

FLORIDA Z. JOSE
CHAIRMAN / PRESIDENT
Mrs. Jose is an experienced woman in the field of Manning Industry for almost
Forty Years. She is a graduate of Civil Law and an active member of socio civic
organizations. Thus, she was elected as the Vice – President for Finance of
Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP). Mrs. Jose was also the
President of Young Women Christian Association of the Philippines (YWCA) and a
member of the Board of Trustees of Community Chest Foundation, Inc.
A good leader with principles and possessing a strong leadership personality.
Through the years, she was able to manage her employees and seafarers in a
multi-level scale. A mother of two; her eldest daughter, Ma. Luisa is currently
taking her Master’s Degree in Business Management in New York City, U.S.A.
Furthermore her younger Son, Julito is a Doctor of Internal Medicine.
JULITO Z. JOSE, MD
VICE – PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS
Mr. Jose is a Doctor of Medicine and currently a member of Falcon Maritime and
Allied Services, Inc.’s Board of Directors. Hesits as the company’s Vice – President
for Operations. He is prime responsible for the well-being and health of the
company’s employees especially the seafarers.
A good planner by personality, he is the prime advisor to the president for the
benefit of the company, thus paving way for its growth, development and
expansion.

CAPT. EDWIN J. MAGARZO
DIRECTOR FOR MANNING AND MARKETING
Capt. Magarzo is a practicing seafarer for more than 30 years. He graduated from
Philippine Merchant Marine School with the degree of Bachelor of Science in
Maritime Transportation. Thus, he is a Licensed Master Mariner since. Equipped
with vast sea experience he is the Director for Manning and Marketing of Falcon
Maritime and Allied Services, Inc. Thus, currently he is practicing his profession at
Jo Tanker Philippines under TSM Group as a Master Mariner. He had served on-
board of various vessels and majority of which are Oil, Chemical and Product
Tankers. He also attended various seminars, training and conventions for
Maritime Industry here and abroad.
CAPT. LEXINGTON S. CALUMPANG
MARITIME TRAINING OFFICER
Capt. Calumpang sits in FMASI’sBoard of Directors. He graduated from Philippine
Maritime Institute with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Maritime
Transportation. He also holds a degree of Master of Arts in Maritime Education
and Master of Science in Maritime Transportation from Philippine Merchant
Marince Academy and Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific. He had
attended various seminars and Trainings for his growth in the Maritime Industry.
He had served on board different types of vessels until his last command as
Master in 1991. After his disembarkation, he opted to work land-based focusing
more on Office Management and Maritime Trainings up to this time.

CHIEF ENGR. ZIGMUND PRIMO L. SERED
MARINE TECHNICAL OFFICER
C/Engr. Sered hails from La Union and earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in
Chemical Engineering from Adamson University. He took up his degree in Marine
Engineering from Philippine Merchant Marine Academy.
His qualifications and skills includes: Quality Assurance Representative, Marine
Training Officer, Course Developer, Marine Engine Department Assessor, PMS
Implementation Engineer.
C/Engr. Sered had been on board different types of vessels since 1999 until 2005.
After his disembarkation, he had served also land-based companies such as Prime
Naval Support, Inc. which handles vessel’s maintenance including U.S.
government owned ships.

JOSE CHAIRMAN / PRESIDENT Mrs. Jose is an experienced woman in the field of Manning Industry for almost Forty Years. She is a graduate of Civil Law and an active member of socio civic organizations. Thus, she was elected as the Vice – President for Finance of Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP). Mrs. Jose was also the President of Young Women Christian Association of the Philippines (YWCA) and a member of the Board of Trustees of Community Chest Foundation, Inc. A good leader with principles and possessing a strong leadership personality. Through the years, she was able to manage her employees and seafarers in a multi-level scale. A mother of two; her eldest daughter, Ma. Luisa is currently taking her Master’s Degree in Business Management in New York City, U.S.A. Furthermore her younger Son, Julito is a Doctor of Internal Medicine. JULITO Z. JOSE, MD VICE – PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS Mr. Jose is a Doctor of Medicine and currently a member of Falcon Maritime and Allied Services, Inc.’s Board of Directors. Hesits as the company’s Vice – President for Operations. He is prime responsible for the well-being and health of the company’s employees especially the seafarers. A good planner by personality, he is the prime advisor to the president for the benefit of the company, thus paving way for its growth, development and expansion.

He graduated from Philippine Merchant Marine School with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation. Thus, he is a Licensed Master Mariner since. Equipped with vast sea experience he is the Director for Manning and Marketing of Falcon Maritime and Allied Services, Inc. Thus, currently he is practicing his profession at Jo Tanker Philippines under TSM Group as a Master Mariner. He had served on- board of various vessels and majority of which are Oil, Chemical and Product Tankers. He also attended various seminars, training and conventions for Maritime Industry here and abroad. CAPT. LEXINGTON S. CALUMPANG MARITIME TRAINING OFFICER Capt. Calumpang sits in FMASI’sBoard of Directors. He graduated from Philippine Maritime Institute with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation. He also holds a degree of Master of Arts in Maritime Education and Master of Science in Maritime Transportation from Philippine Merchant Marince Academy and Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific. He had attended various seminars and Trainings for his growth in the Maritime Industry. He had served on board different types of vessels until his last command as Master in 1991. After his disembarkation, he opted to work land-based focusing more on Office Management and Maritime Trainings up to this time.

Sered hails from La Union and earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Adamson University. He took up his degree in Marine Engineering from Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. His qualifications and skills includes: Quality Assurance Representative, Marine Training Officer, Course Developer, Marine Engine Department Assessor, PMS Implementation Engineer. C/Engr. Sered had been on board different types of vessels since 1999 until 2005. After his disembarkation, he had served also land-based companies such as Prime Naval Support, Inc. which handles vessel’s maintenance including U.S. government owned ships.
