This is our basic model for support and
small deliveries. The client will obtain an
amount of days (8h) and every support
request will be deducted. After every use
a clear report of the spent and open
vouchers will be provided.
With this moddel we make an estimate of
the requirements and results upfront. We
will provide you a amount of man days
based on our expertice to realize the
agreed result.
