2. PHASES OF IMPLEMENTATION
PHASE I - ORIENTATION & FACILITATOR’S
COURSE (APRIL TO JULY)
The main focus is the orientation of
participants on governing
policies/issuances per process being
implemented by the OPRs. Learning
materials shall be made available thru
the TOP, and observation of actual
activities facilitated by the OPRs, will
also be done in this phase.
PHASE II - IMMERSION (AUGUST
TO DECEMBER 2021)
This phase will focus on
sessions where ROPOs
conduct actual
implementation of each
major process, supervised by
the OPRs. Critiquing at the
end of the sessions will be
done by the OPRs.
PHASE III – PERFORMANCE
ASSESSMENT OF FACILITATORS
(JANUARY TO JUNE 2022)
This phase will focus on
sessions where ROPOs
conduct actual implementation
of each major process, with the
OPRs conducting final
evaluation of performance of
facilitators.
