This will consist of a building like a car station having a parking facility of four cars at a
time. This center will be located on Gull berg and both land and building will be on rent.
A contract will be done with the land owner in order to avoid any factor that will result
in losing the area. The contract will be on yearly basis and the rent will be paid in first
week of each month. If the land owners want to quit the contract or shall we want this so
anyone who wants so will have to inform the other party prior six months before ending
the contract.
