maker to verify a valid booking for the service in order to allocate our

confirmed because the service we are going to provide in market is
first in its nature which was never thought to introduce. Therefore, we
have a strong faith on our success.

In our business there is not much political factors that will affect our
business except the tax on protector and cars. Increase in these taxes will
result in increase in prices of the car protector. Moreover, Govt. is not
interested in businesses of Pakistani Citizens it is focusing and
encouraging foreign investment so it is vague to expect anything from
Pakistani govt. for us. However, taxation is first concern on govt. and we
must be careful in this issue.

We will purchase all materials in bulk quantity so terms and
conditions will specified which include on time delivery, good
quality. These are the basic terms and conditions for every supplier
but some other are like warranties returning are also include in
suppliers agreement.
We have established contact with some suppliers who serve us as

The car protector process consists of the following process with their timings:

A car will be furnished in 2 hours and 30 minutes. An appointment system will be
introduced in order to give proper time to our clients and to manage our operations in a
professional manner.
We will be having 2 teams permanently. A team will consist of two workers in which
there will be a helper, an expert (who will put the protector on car).

The layout of the company will be like given below:

This will consist of a building like a car station having a parking facility of four cars at a
time. This center will be located on Gull berg and both land and building will be on rent.
A contract will be done with the land owner in order to avoid any factor that will result
in losing the area. The contract will be on yearly basis and the rent will be paid in first
week of each month. If the land owners want to quit the contract or shall we want this so
anyone who wants so will have to inform the other party prior six months before ending
the contract.

and one on first floor for management.

There will be two teams consisting of a helper, an expert.
Temporary employees
Temporary employees consist of only members in teams like a helper and an expert for car
protector. These workers will be informed and booked as the order will be booked before one
week of the order. The labour will be found by approaching certain workers and giving ads in
newspaper.

•Inventory will be maintained of at least one week according to the demand and capacity.
•Inventory will be maintained through MIS system by marketing and sales personnel.
•Orders for inventory will be made on phone call by marketing and sales personnel.
Accounts receivable
The payment will be on cash at the spot or in advance before starting the car protector process but
no credit transactions will be made as the nature of the business is one time interaction with the
customers mostly.

Phone calls will be made in order to place orders by our marketing and sales personnel to suppliers
and no credit transaction will be made. Cash payments will be made so if we get discount on paying
cash on the spot it will be beneficial for us.

Location of the Company: Montgomery road Lahore Security: 200,000 PKR Rent per month: 20,000 PKR This will consist of a building like a car station having a parking facility of four cars at a time. This center will be located on Gull berg and both land and building will be on rent. A contract will be done with the land owner in order to avoid any factor that will result in losing the area. The contract will be on yearly basis and the rent will be paid in first week of each month. If the land owners want to quit the contract or shall we want this so anyone who wants so will have to inform the other party prior six months before ending the contract.

Other utilities will be: Washroom: one on ground floor for floor staff and one on first floor for management. Kitchen: for tea and other foods.

These workers will be informed and booked as the order will be booked before one week of the order. The labour will be found by approaching certain workers and giving ads in newspaper.

Accounts receivable The payment will be on cash at the spot or in advance before starting the car protector process but no credit transactions will be made as the nature of the business is one time interaction with the customers mostly. Accounts payable Phone calls will be made in order to place orders by our marketing and sales personnel to suppliers and no credit transaction will be made. Cash payments will be made so if we get discount on paying cash on the spot it will be beneficial for us.
