Cyberview warranty policy

2. As a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to perform required preventive maintenance.

3. As a result of servicing by anyone other than CyberView or an authorized CyberView warranty service provider;

4. By modification, alteration upgrading, deletion, or any other addition of components which are not of Cyberview origin;

5. As a result of an non-connectivity or parity with any new software or electronic products which is purchased independently by client.

6. As a result of the alteration or dating of the serial number,

7. CyberView does not offer any other warranty than the one describe here, Any implied warranty covering products and repairs is limited to the term mentioned above. CyberView does not warranty none Cyberview products.

8. Cyberview will not be liable to the user of this product or any other person or legal entity for any damages, including any incidental, special or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profit, revenue, software or data, or other damages including expense rising out of the use or inability to use any Cyberview product. These damages may not apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if Cyberview has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. During the term of this warranty, at no additional charge to the customer, Cyberview will repair or replace any defective products returned to Cyberview facility. To request warranty service the customer must:

11. If warranty service is required, Cyberview will issue a Return material Authorization Number,

12. Provide Cyberview R.M.A service dept with the- invoice number, - Purchase date – Product name & part # - serial number,

13. Ship the product back to Cyberview in their package or equivalent,

14. Including:

15. Copy of the original invoice and this RMA#, no other warranty will be accepted.

16. An RMA authorization number clearly marked on a label outside the box.

17. A written note stating the reason of the return, with full description of symptoms and problems, omitting to include such a note will delay service until you fax to Cyberview the needed information.

18. All manual, technical documents and accessories must return to Cyberview with your RMA

19. Prepay and insure the shipment or accept the risk of lose or damage,

20. The minimum time which is required by the RMA dept. is a minimum 5 working days,

21. Cyberview in return will ship the repaired or replaced product to you freight prepaid,

22. In case of NTF(no trouble found) in any product returned to RMA during the period of the warranty, a CAN$85.00 charge will be levied.

23. In case that such product or system needed testing or minor repairs, a service fee of CAN$85 will be levied for performing any testing procedures, on all problems resulting from the use of a non Cyberview product.

24. All product or systems purchased from Cyberview must be returned within 2 working days from delivery date for credit, no

25. Credit will be given after such date, any non defective product returned to for credit after such date will be subject to a 40% value restocking fee.

26. No cross shipping of parts/system will be allowed unless authorized by Cyberview administration.

27. Cyberview owns all parts removed from repaired products. Cyberview use new and equivalent to new parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products.

28. If Cyberview repairs the products, its warranty is not extended; if Cyberview replaces a product, the replacement is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. This guarantee covers systems and parts sold and used in Canada only.
