experience
• Volunteers – Campaign , International community and Job center

• Goal : back to basics, inspire and reinforce or create a goal ,
involvement of community
Health program
• Funding- One coordinator of the program – volunteers could help when
needed
- equipment can be donated by hospitals and volunteers
• Location: nurse office in shelters can be an on sight doctor visit/check up
-when needed the patients can be brought to the office of the specialist
• Volunteers: Doctors, Medical, Nurse Students, Freelancers
• How to get volunteers?
• Location: Universities, Hospitals (doc. Lounge)
• Initiative : Guest lectures, Pamphlets, Newspapers adds
Get together with the community
• Funding : Very small as it makes use of resources already at hand
• Location : SE can supply a location
• Initiative: people with a disability can mingle with locals that could
bring some food or donations
• Social activities would be planned in advance
• Advertisement : can be made within local churches which will
reinforce the idea of community

  2. One weakness to our initiative could be that relying on volunteer work , these programs within the framework can be threatened with being closed if the volunteers are not motivated enough. Likewise losing volunteers could also stem from misunderstanding of the people they are actually helping. These problems could be resolved by the simple fact that a social worker can give basic training to all new employees before they actually get involved in the initiative itself. Motivation will be ensured by community and results that they will get to see under their eyes, and for this they have to be committed
