Step 1 “Ready” Non Dominant foot pointed toward target. Non dominant hand straight out with the ball in hand. Other hand holding ball in place. Next  Slide End  Show Home Previous
Step 2 “Open” Arm is at a 90 degree angle Make sure when you look at your arm you can see your elbow. Hand is straight, and ready to hit the ball. Next  Slide End  Show Home Previous
