I have opportunity to work with coach Vojneski in national teams of Macedonia seems I met
him until his departure I can say that he was an inspirational figure on the field and off
the field. His professionalism in all aspects of his work it was on high level always
encouraging all the time young athletes to raise their performance on the top level.
For Coach Vojneski, I Can say that he had all the attributes, knowledge, comunication, for
a coach on highest level.

I know coach Vojneski since my 7 years I had opportunity to work with him on club live and
on national level. I can say that he is real football person he lives for football 24 ours on a
day. He is very excellent in adaptation on training sessions on technical and tactical level,
his training sessions are always enjoyable.
I always enjoy to work with him he had a great passion enthusiasm, and he feel the game on
his natural way.

He is a coach who build my career up, he coach me in all levels from a youth level until
senior level and national teams. I learn a lot from him I can say he is very dedicated to his
work ,he wants offensive football also he is a excellent communicator with players he
always gets what he want from them in one match. Their training sessions are full with
joyness but they are also very hard. During the match I can say that he is 100% in the
game always he know where he is and what he must to done, he can predict the tings in
one match.
It was my pleasure to work with him .

11. For me I can say that I,m very well educated coach( 10 years permanently
with UEFA and FIFA), with big expirience,behind my self and dedicated on my
work.
I use to work under big pressures, and to manage with teams on a high
prfessional level.
Naturally I'm fighter and born as a winner.
Collaboration and managing with players and coaches are on the high class
level, as I work in FF Macedonia ina senior team also as a head of all national
youth teams, and on Coaching education center.
Managing with variouse national teams in all levels,leading games, making
Football development strategys,organising coaching courses(instruction
servicies), football camps, leading footbaal academis,COACHING variouse teams
is giving to me big selfconfidence and I,m redy for the next big step in my
professional careera.
Working in Turkish league on a club level, is working under constant pressure
from all sides, to manage with all of the club structure and to build in a one
club wining mentality which bring us many success I Turkey gives me big self-
confidence and bring in another level of my coaching career.
My football philosophy is strictly connected with modern process of coaching
sessions in a way of fast and attacking football which we preferred to achieve
from the first training sessions.
