I have never missed a workout. I organize and prepare the training exercises in detail and afterwards I evaluate the results of the training session. Apart from the results of the games I pay too much attention and importance to the behaviour and attitude of the players in the games but also outside the playing field when they represent the club. I deal with great persistence and patience with every footballer keeping his strong points but mainly by working on his weaknesses. I have good communication with the young footballers' parents. I like to create teams with patience in the younger ages. I find it challenging to improve the quality and talent of footballers. In the clubs that I have worked for, I have won trophies, along with improving the value of the players. I have won several titles and championships as a coach and I can pass the spirit to the team. SKILLS ACADEMIES I have had experience in football academies since 2005. I have an interest in every child and his / her diversity. I learn football kids with fun and entertainment. I am working on the football weaknesses of each child so as to improve overall. I am very concerned about the mental health of kid players. I teach children how to behave properly after victory and defeat. All these years I deal with young children I have won titles and championships but mainly I have grown up right good athletes. My players always respect me and I have excellent communication with their parents. COMPETITIVE TEAMS I have experience in championship. I was a footballer in the position of a goalkeeper and I know the amount of hard work you need to become the best. My groups are based on team spirit and hard work. I improve the talent I find in my team, raise the weakest and I find their role in the club. I give opportunities to new footballers, who will strengthen the club. I give great importance to the teams' academies and I observe the training. I have excellent collaboration with the administration and associates of the club. I have won several titles and championships as a coach and I can pass the spirit to the team.

  COACHING EXPERIENCE In theyear 2006 I founded the first football academy for children in Laconia, “Football Academy of Sparta”. The club won the first academy championship. In the coming seasons the young footballers played in the men's club with success. With the club “Football Academy of Sparta” I won two youth championships as well as a men's championship. I took as a coach and manager the club “PAO Agiou Nikolaou”, we finished in second place and we won the promotion to a higher division. Laconia's largest club, “Leonidas Sparta”, decided to set up football academies and hired me to work as a coach and manager. The results were two championships from the first season. (U14, U12). In the summer of the same year I worked at the Athitaki summer camp in Athens for children under 12 years of age. There, with my team, we won camps championship The following season I won the U10 Championship with Leonidas Sparta. I also worked in the group of pre-selection of national teams in the ages U14 and U12. In season 2014-2015, I won the Youth Championship with Leonidas Sparta club. In the same season I created a new women's football team, “Karyatides of Sparta”. In the first year of the club we finished third in the third national championship. In season 2016-2017, I won the youth championship with Leonidas Sparta club as well as the women's championship of the third national category with Karyatides. From 2009 to 2017 I did football training for boys and girls from 4 to 14 years of age. With my teams I participate every year in tournaments with a high level. In addition to champion awards I have won 3 times best coach prize and fairplay plaque 4 times.
