1. What is Vivastream™?
Vivastream is a social platform, enabling one-to-one interaction between speakers and attendees.
Vivastream tells you Who to Know™ based on your interests, profile, and skills, and helps you connect
and interact with other like-minded individuals before, during and after the event.


2. How do I register on Vivastream?

        On the web: Go to http://www.vivastream.com.
        Registering on Vivastream can be done by entering an email address and password, or
        integrating with existing social profiles on LinkedIN, Facebook, or Twitter:




        On Mobile Devices:
        iPhone, Android, and Blackberry - search for “Vivastream” in your app store.
        If you’re using a Symbian or Windows 7 mobile phone, go to www.vivastream.com/m on your
        phone’s browser.



3. What should I do after I register?
After you register, fill in your basic profile information (http://www.vivastream.com/my/settings/basic).
Adding your company, title, and profile picture gives everyone a good idea of who you are and which
organization and line of business you represent.
Can I upload my photo from my phone? On the iPhone, you can take a new picture and upload to
Vivastream from your Profile > Edit Profile screen.

If you want other attendees to be able to connect with you on LinkedIn, follow you on Twitter, or even
friend you on Facebook, be sure to connect all of your social accounts to Vivastream
(http://www.vivastream.com/my/settings/social-networks)


4. How do I connect with other attendees?
On the app, click on the people tab. You can search for attendees based on name, company, or title.
You can filter the list to find speakers or people on your Who to Know list, or just scroll down to see all
recent attendees.
Once you find a person you want to connect with, click to view their profile and send them a message.


5. What is “Who to Know”?

Who to know is a list of the top 50 people you should meet at the event based on similar interests.


6. Does Vivastream cost anything?
No. Vivastream is free, and always will be.

7. What happens to my information after the event?
The information, content, and connections on Vivastream remain live long after the event has ended.
Want to see who was in a session you attended, or connect with a speaker? Go to Vivastream. Want to
re-connect with exhibitors who you met at the event – you can find them on Vivastream.

8. What happens when I say that I’m interested in a topic?
We’ll use that information to recommend other people at the event to connect with. You’ll also be
listed as someone to connect with for people like you at the event.
We also send you information on sessions and exhibitors who have content related to the topics you are
interested in. If you do not wish to receive any content from Vivastream, you can change you privacy
settings at http://www.vivastream.com/my/settings/account


9. Who do I contact if I have trouble using Vivastream
Send an email to contact@vivastream.com, or find one of the guys walking around in the bright orange
Viva! T-shirts.

10. Who do I contact if I am a speaker or exhibitor, and want to enhance my listing on
Vivastream?
