2. Vitamin A is a group of unsaturated
nutritional organic compounds that
includes retinol , retinal ,retinoic acid .

Dairy foods and eggs are high in
vitamin K.
9. Vitamin K deficiency in adults is rare
but does occur in infants .The main
symptom of vitamin K is excessive
bleeding caused by an inability to form
blood clots.
If you don’t get enough of vitamin K it
might reduce bone strength and
increase of getting oteoporosis.

fruits , such as limes, oranges and
lemons, 2)fortified foods .
Ascorbic acid contents in unusually
colored bell peppers .
Ascorbic acid contents in raspberries ,

vitamin C or ascorbic acid.This
deficiency leads to symptoms of
weakness , anemia , gum disease and

Treatment involves taking vitamin C

can range from fatigue and confusion
