This document discusses an experiment to nudge overweight high school female students to exercise in order to lose weight and maintain a healthy BMI. It is expected that both the treatment group participating in an exercise program and the control group will gain weight initially, but the treatment group will gradually lose weight through exercise to reach a normal BMI, while the control group is expected to become obese by the second quarter without exercise.

At the start both group of participants should be closer to the normal BMI range
Though both groups will gain weight in consequent quarters it is expected that the gains from
exercising will accrue to the treatment group and they will gradually lose weight to reach
almost normal BMI levels
However the control group will go past obese point at quarter two.
