Amanda Metwally is a junior at Texas Tech University studying Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management with a minor in Business Management and Accounting. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and moved to Lubbock in 2013 to attend Texas Tech. She hopes to become an Event Coordinator and eventually own her own business.
